Key Details / FAQ:

There is a $200 refundable deposit due 1 month after booking your reservation. If are not sure if you can make it, we still suggest booking now with the option of cancelling your reservation later. It may be easiest to pay the $200 when calling to make the initial reservation so you don't need to remember to call back.

Final payment is due August 23, 2025

Calling during the daytime on a weekday will offer the best chance of speaking with a knowledgable booking agent. We have heard feedback that on weekends and nights some of the agents are not as helpful or knowledgable.

Booking calls take less than 20 minutes on average.

When booking a room for 2 people, the name of the second guest is not required until August 2025.

Our group dinner time will be at 6 PM. This should be the default if you are booking in our reserved block of rooms, but some people are being asked to give a time.
