Ft. Lauderdale Hotel Reservations - 2 Options

Your Ft. Lauderdale experience includes the option of two different hotels at the same site. Both are a few years old and super cute. We will be planning a drag night at a local club for anyone who makes it in early! Please reach out to us if the room block fills. We are happy to negotiate more special rates!

The Element is a great hotel slightly more budget friendly, but the property is located beneath The Dalmar. Very trendy and includes a Happy Hour (Beer &amp; Wine) and Breakfast. The resort fees were removed, but note there will be additional tax charged. The night before we depart, we plan on going to a gay bar in Ft. Lauderdale to start the festivities. Any and all are welcome to join us! Details on the location and timing will be updated when we have a final place in mind.

Embarcation Day

November 6, 2025

4:00 PM - WELCOME DRINKS AND BON VOYAGE - Sunset Bar (Deck 10, Back)Once on the boat, please come join us at the sunset bar on Deck 10 for a welcome gift! We will depart the port in style! Often there is a mandatory "Muster station" check-in. We do not know exactly when this will happen, but expect to find us before and/or after at the sunset bar. 6 PM - DINNER (DINING ROOMS)Michael and Jeff will be having a smaller family dinner this night. The group's set seating time for dinner is at 6 PM in the main dining hall throughout the duration of the cruise. (There are a few people on the waitlist) There is no requirement to join every night as there are lots of fun restaurants to try on the boat, but this is a set option for everyone! Also, if you are in the AquaClass or Concierge level go try out another restaurant! Bon appetite! Night plans are to be determined. We will message the group chat with details.

Cruise Day 2 - At Sea: Wedding Day

November 7, 2025

Morning - LEISURE TIMENo specific plans, enjoy the gorgeous day! Treat yo' self, have a dip in the pool, dress up and have a photoshoot, enjoy a leisurely brunch. We're on a cruise after all! Plan on stopping by our room at some point, as we have a giant balcony that can accommodate lots of friends! 4:00 to 6 PM - CEREMONY &amp; COCKTAILS - Sky Lounge (Deck 11, Front)Wedding ceremony, canapés, &amp; drinks. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Grab a drink for the ceremony! 6 to 7:30&nbsp;PM - DINNER - Cosmopolitan Dining Room (Deck 4, Back)We will be having dinner in the main dining room! Get ready to be mixed and mingled...KEEP DRINKING! 8 to 10 PM - DANCE PARTY FEVER - Rooftop Terrace (Deck 12, Back)(Take the back elevators to Deck 11 - There is a staircase or a chair lift to Deck 12) - We are expecting some ridiculous moves and grooves. Come on up for some fun, drinks and moves! 10 PM to Midnight - LATE NIGHT GROOVE - Sky Lounge (Deck 11, Front)Next club, no sleep, more dancing, no fear. Pizza bar included. 12:01 AM until ? - THE AFTERS - Groom's Room - (Room 6148, Back)For those wanting to keep the night going we will have our room open to all!

Cruise Day 3 - Key West: Kaftan & Speedos Catamaran Day

November 8, 2025

As a thank you for taking time to come celebrate with us, we wanted to plan a group excursion for our guests! We have booked private catamaran(s) for Snorkeling and dancing in waters of Key West. Prepare for exclusive themed games and activities planned by Jeff and Michael. TIMINGArrive by: 11:50 to check-in (come fed)Disembark: PROMPTLY 12:00pmReturn: 3:00pm DIRECTIONSWe will be docking at Mallory Square. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the catamarans.ADDRESS: 205 Elizabeth St., Key West, FL, 33040 WHAT TO WEARKaftan and/or speedo, or whatever makes you feel beachy and fun! Also, snorkeling is included if you want to partake. Bring anything you heart desires to swim with the fishes! WHAT TO BRING/WEARBathing suits (speedos), kaftans, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, sandals, etc. FOODPlease eat beforehand on the ship. There will be NO food on the catamarans. Cruise Day 4 - Bimini: Recovery Day

Unplanned chill day!!! We may pull together a last minute Begale olympics style competition on the beach. Enjoy Bimini and the gorgeous blue waters. 4:30PM - CLOSING CEREMONIES - SUNSET BAR - (Deck 10, Back) Come join us for a tender moment of reflection! (and perhaps one last cocktail) Be prepared for a few fun prizes...

Cruise Day 5 - Disembarcation 

November 10, 2025

6 AM - DEPARTUREDepending on your room number and location, you will be assigned a disembarcation time. You will go through customs getting off the boat. Usually, this process is very simple and doesn't take very long. Don't forget your passports! Rides to the airport are often available via Taxi/Uber and/or Shuttle.

LET'S START THE PARTY EARLY!!! A number of friends were unable to join us for the "stag" parties we had. We would love to have an optional pre- cruise drink and activity. Come to the local gay bar and let's do some line dancing! We will be meeting in The Dalmar hotel lobby to hang out with guests as they arrive. We will uber over to Hunter's around 7:30sih. The grooms will be wearing navy and beige. Please wear what makes YOU comfortable. We want this to be fun for everyone. Tropical, bright colors, patterns, animal print is all on the table. We're shooting for semi-formal to cocktail attire. This should be an opportunity to have fun and express yourself.

Catamaran Ride

We are envisioning a kaftan and speedo themed catamaran ride! This is your chance to show off the most glamorous kaftan or sexiest speedo you can find. Big, chunky jewelry and accessories are encouraged. Think Golden Girls or Palm Springs meets Puerta Vallarta!

General First Time Cruiser Tips

1.	DOWNLOAD THE CELEBRITY APP - it is super useful for checking in, boarding, ship details, etc. 2.	BOARD EARLY - oftentimes you’re assigned a time for boarding. If you get to the cruise terminal earlier, can usually board early. You can start with a piña colada sooner than expected. 3. LUGGAGE - Typically, you drop off your luggage at the port and it is delivered to your stateroom once the cleaning is completed. It may come a little later, so pack any essentials you need in a backpack to carry on. 4.	MUSTER DRILL - Don’t be scared, but be prepared. There is a mandatory muster drill based on where your stateroom is located. What’s is a muster drill you say? In case of an emergency each stateroom has a designated meeting location on the boat. I.e the lounge or dining room. You will grab your life vests, located in your stateroom, and go to that location to practice where to go if something should happen. Typically take about 15 minutes and happens right before or after we head out to sea. 5.	DINNER ISN’T REQUIRED (every night) - there are tons of specialty restaurants on the boat. Explore, get creative, or just get lit in the casino. Feel free to go to those. Jeff and I will be in the main dining hall at 6pm on the wedding night and last night. 6.	KEYCARD - try not to lose it! It becomes your source for room entry, ship boarding while at ports, and for purchasing / approving beverages.7.	GRAB A DECK CHAIR EARLY - The deck chairs by the pool fill up early. Grab your welcome tote bag, a book, and a few towels and hold a few chairs for yourself. Helps out when you just want some sun. 8. ALCOHOL &amp; WINE - The celebrity policy allows you to pack two bottles of wine or bubbles to bring on board. Grab some extra and we can drink it in our rooms. If you want to drink your wine in the restaurants there is a $25 corkage fee. You can go real feral, pack alcohol in a water bottle and carry it on board as well. Just be careful they sometimes crack down on this.9. DRINK PACKAGES - NOT EVERYONE HAS ONE!! Two Tips:1. As an FYI if you were unable to book via the group rate package, you did not get the inclusive drink package. You can easily purchase it through your celebrity APP. We recommend this.2. CLASSIC PACKAGE VS. PREMIUM If you plan on drinking a lot, we recommend upgrading your package. It opens up much better drinks, and lower likelihood of a hangover.10. OPEN GUEST LIST If you are looking to see who is joining, check out the list here. It can help coordinate travel, stalk for a possible future partner, and figure out who may be your new best friend. DISEMBARKATION DAY - NOV. 10th - OPTIONSA number of west coast guest have a later day of travel because of the cross country options. You will typically leave the boat around 7am to 8am. If you have a later flight, a number of people are purchasing day passes at local resorts via <a href="https://www.resortpass.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Resort Pass</a>. It is a great option to catch some additional sun and detox.

Are children invited?

Absolutely! We love children and recognize that a cruise vacation may include children. Also, if you need a care taker (grandparents / Au Pair) feel free to add them in.

How do we get to the boat?

Taxis / Ubers are available from the airport and hotels. Hotel shuttles may also be an option, but can sometimes be pricier. Consider inquiring at your hotel. What if we miss the boat?

The boat will stop boarding passengers at 3:30 so everyone please board prior to this time. We do not have any sway over the captain or boat processes so if you are left behind, we will miss you dearly.

Gifts?

The best gift we could ask for is your presence. We want everyone to relax, partake in what the ship has to offer, and celebrate with our family and friends. If you feel so inclined, we created a honeymoon fund.

International Travel

Because the boat will be docking in the Bahamas, they require a current passport to deboard. If your passport expires within 6 months of the departure date, please renew it ASAP as the process can take several months.
