AJ and Amelia have been best friends since they were 14, meaning that their friendship has endured through seven colleges, 11 moves, at least five hair colors, and countless adventures (ask her about the time their car broke down the morning after they stayed in a roach-infested hotel near Disneyland). AJ and Amelia know each other better than they know themselves sometimes—which is why Amelia can confidently tell you that AJ is one of the most loyal, hardworking, and compassionate people you'll ever meet. And a doctor to boot!

Maddy is Michaela's only sister (and, soon, Amelia's sister, too!). Maddy travelled with Michaela and Amelia on their first-ever trip to Greece, when they visited the island of Milos and the city of Athens. She may seem quiet, but don't let that fool you—she's got hilarious jokes and is always down for an adventure. Loyal and caring, Maddy is a medical assistant and will soon start school to become a nurse (so please see her for any dancing-related injuries).

Kaleigh and Michaela have been friends since middle school, and she's Mick's go-to person to see a musical with. Fiercely loyal and always honest, Kal well-meaningly advised Michaela to lower her dating expectations—only to happily admit she was wrong when Mick met Amelia a few months later. Kal is the life of the party, the best shoulder to cry on, and the proud mother of a dog named Dog.

Christian is not only Amelia's brother—he's one of her best friends. A talented musician, artist, and writer, Christian is studying journalism, produces electronic music, and has acquired a truly staggering amount of random knowledge from his Wikipedia-reading hobby. He's hilarious, curious, brilliant, and a great travel companion and concert buddy (he and Mel have seen more than 20 artists live together).

Kelsey has known Michaela longer than anyone else in the bridal party (except Maddy, who's been around since birth), since they were on the same club soccer team in elementary school. They reconnected in 2022 and Michaela convinced Kelsey to move to San Diego, where they take turns hosting "family dinners" and making each other delicious salads. Creative, compassionate, and unfailingly welcoming, Kelsey throws the best parties, wears the best outfits, and has the biggest heart of anyone you'll ever meet.

As Michaela's former college roommate, Colette has seen every phase of Michaela in adulthood and accepted them with open arms (even when she had a Justin Bieber haircut). Mick was Colette's date to all of her sorority events, and Colette can still get down on a dance floor (she'll prove it at the wedding!). She's also an amazing listener who ALWAYS picks up the phone—despite being the busiest person we know.

Sam and Amelia met at work and quickly developed a friendship forged in Friday happy hours, weekend dance parties, and late nights getting the magazine perfect for the printer. Their running bit is "Sam knows"—if you're wondering the name of a bird or plant or the science or history behind something intriguing, Sam probably knows. She gives great advice and tackles new things with an enviable courage and grace.

Shannon and Michaela met on their first day of college and have been best friends ever since. Shannon is one of those friends who you can do nothing in particular with and it still feels like the most fun day ever. While she never fails to make Mick and Amelia laugh, she's also one of Mick's go-to people to have the tough conversations with; in fact, she was the first person that Michaela came out to. Shannon's also an incredible musician—you'll get the chance to hear her voice during the wedding, when she sings Mick and Amelia's first-dance song.
