Where to stay
Hotels:
We have worked with two hotels to provide everyone with discount codes if you choose to room at these accommodations: Caesars Windsor and DoubleTree by Hilton; both with views of the Detroit river.
Note: If there are no more bookings left in either hotels, please reach out to Mike or Kristy for us to increase number of rooms for our booking code.
Other Options:
It is totally fine to book an AirBnb individually or as a group, book with another hotel, or stay with friends or family. We do note that if you are deciding to take the shuttle bus to and from the venue, the busses will only be making pick-ups at these two hotel locations.

Note: Our code is for the weekends (Friday - Sunday). If you're wanting to come Thursday night, you will have to book Thursday in a separate reservation. Please email or call Erika Newman (Phone: 519-985-2855 | 877-223-7702) for her to link the reservations together. The Thursday nightly rate is $169.
For those who gamble frequently, you may even get a higher discounted rate than this so check that too.

Thursday Bookers: Our code is for the weekends (Friday - Sunday). If you're wanting to come Thursday night as well, you will have to book Thursday in a separate reservation. BEFORE BOOKING THURSDAY, please email or call Heather Hansen (email: heather@windsor-hotel.ca) (Phone: 519-973-4260) for her to extend the discount rate to your Thursday night stay. If booked the Friday-Sunday already, she will be able to link the reservations together; otherwise she can book the entire stay when you're talking with her.
Shuttle bus - Getting to/from the venue
The venue and reception are at the same place (Pelee Island Winery in Kingsville).
Shuttle bus transportation to and from the venue will be provided to ensure safe passage (one for each hotel). Drinks (non alcoholic) will be provided to ensure hydration and comfort on the shuttle. Please note that the shuttle bus will be departing at set times. The below times are estimations. We will provide actual times closer to the event date.

The Venue
If you decide to drive, please have a designated driver. There is free parking available at the venue in the back near the reception hall. You may leave your car there overnight if you call a taxi/uber/lyft.
