Please fly into either Tucson International Airport (TUS) or Phoenix International Airport Sky Harbor (PHX).

Depending on where you are flying in from, Phoenix may be cheaper.

If you fly into Tucson International Airport, don't think you have to rent a car. Particularly if you are staying close to downtown, you can absolutely get around Tucson without renting a vehicle by utilizing services like Lyft or Uber. Downtown and the University of Arizona area has a tram free of charge as well.

If you are flying into Phoenix and then plan on driving down to Tucson (about a 2-hour drive), Tucson has a shuttle that runs back and forth from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Renting a car and carpooling are also great options.

There are several places to stay that are close to the venue.

We recommend checking sites like Airbnb and Vrbo if you want to stay in a more cozy space. This option is also great for groups - we encourage you to "housepoole" to share the cost and make it even more inexpensive.

If unique, boutique hotels are more your style, we recommend checking out hotels like Blenman's Inn or Hotel Congress.
