We are setting up a kids room in the Sanibel ballroom near the reception with entertainment and care from Kid's Nite Out.

Check-in will be during the cocktail hour. They will have waiver forms for you to sign including contact information. We're planning some really fun surprises in this kid's room! We'll be contacting anyone with kids to let them know more details soon. (Updated 9/12)

Kid’s Nite Out is the preferred provider of childcare at the Walt Disney World Resort. We frequently work with the wedding planners at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to provide children’s parties for guests who are married at Disney’s Wedding Pavilion.

Our professional team will create and implement a customized, safe, and fun party for all the little ones, so you can enjoy yourself on the special day! From our experience with weddings and convention services, we provide parties for groups as small as 11 children up to 1,500 children (not that you will have 1,500 children at the wedding but if you did – we could handle it!).

Just let us know how many children you have and what ages (6 months – teens), and we’ll take care of the rest!
