Our Wedding

During the summer of 2022, we were both on summer break from school and started working at Crumbl together. We became friends and had a lot of fun working together. I moved back to Conway from Fayetteville before my second year of college, and started working back at Crumbl. The first thing Tyler said to me was “well, welcome back”, and I was so happy that he was going to be in my life. Shortly after I moved back to Conway, we became very good friends. We were always there for each other and we always had fun when we were together. One night, he picked me up from a friend’s house and was driving me home and then told me that he liked me. After weeks of us flirting back and forth at work, we finally started talking. On October 23, 2022, we went on our first date to Olive Garden. We had just both recovered from having Covid and finally were able to take a break from work and school. We basically began spending every single day together at that point. On the night of Halloween, I was over at his house watching a scary movie. I had told him that I would not be his girlfriend without him taking me on proper date first. We started talking and then at around midnight of November 1st, we officially started dating! From that point on, we were basically inseparable. He accidentally told me he loved me in December after working all morning and staying up all night studying for finals. I was babysitting for a family friend with my younger sister, and I just remember being so giddy and happy! Tyler graduated in May 2023, and it was such a happy time! He had just been offered job in Wynne and we were both so excited! He asked me if I wanted to come with him, and I said it was a no brainer. Neither of us could imagine life without each other, and I wanted to be apart of this next stage in his life so much. We moved to Memphis, TN June 23, 2023, and really began the rest of our life together!

Our Story

On December 26, 2024, I said yes the best question I’ve ever been asked, and we became engaged! We were in Conway visiting my family for Christmas, and we had planned that we were going to take family pictures at the big Christmas tree in Downtown Conway. Tyler had said that he wanted to do this a few months ago, but I didn’t really think too much of it. We got to the tree and were taking family pictures, and then Tyler just began walked away from the entire family with my brother. I kept following him of course because I thought he was acting strange, which he just kept walking away from me. Finally, I just asked my family why everyone was being so suspicious. I walked around to find Tyler and I asked him why he was acting weird. He just talked me down by telling me he wanted to take another picture just the 2 of us. I immediately thought he was going to propose, but then I told myself to stop being delusional since he had told me not to expect a ring for Christmas. He then told me that he wanted to go to the different spot around the same area where we took our first picture together. We walked around to the other side of the tree, and I saw my dad and step-mom walking up, which I thought was weird but didn’t really think much of it. I was fixing my hair getting really to take a picture, and then he got down on one knee. I immediately bursted out into tears and of course said yes! We were both so ecstatic that we were finally engaged, and that we were going to get married!!!
