David (Antonidious) and Sally (Hypotenuse) meet in World of Warcraft! We happen to be on the same server, same faction, and each run competitive raiding guilds! This meeting kicks off many long nights of chatting, gaming, calls and photos!

David and Sally finally meet in person! David meets her when he has a layover in Minneapolis, on his way home to New Mexico after spending the holidays with his family. Their first date (pictured) is at Up-Down in Minneapolis!

David heads back to see Sally in Minneapolis, just a week after they first met, where he and Sally take in a Minnesota Wild hockey game! They continue visiting each other through winter 2019-2020.

Sally visits David in Los Alamos, New Mexico, for the first time!

David sends Sally the most beautiful flowers, making her wonder if this could be something that ends up quite serious. For now, we're making long distance work while we figure out what this will turn into.

Winter 2020 is mostly filled with messages like these, shared between David and Sally from afar.

COVID is ramping up, and Sally's work goes full remote. She packs up her car for a two week trip to New Mexico (with Mango in tow) and drives across the country to go see David! On the way, she stops at Becca's (groomswoman) in Denver for a quick nap.

Our two week trip to New Mexico turns into two years, as COVID proves to be more serious than any of us knew at the time. Sally and David spend the next several years in New Mexico, selling her house in Minneapolis from afar - and Mango falls in love with David.

Fortunately, David loves Mango just as much and treats her like the princess she is.

David and Sally travel to Yosemite to celebrate two of their good friends nuptials!

David pops the question three years to the day after they met in person! They are celebrating their anniversary in Saugatuck, Michigan, when he gets down on one knee in a gazebo surrounded by snow and Christmas lights.

David and Sally take their first international trip - to Belize!

David and Sally finally make a big move: they leave New Mexico for Colorado, and buy their first house together in Denver! With the house bought and the move complete, they can finally start focusing on wedding planning!
