Timeline:
5:00p - 5:30p: Ceremony
5:30p - 6:30p: Cocktail Hour
6:30p - 11:00p: Dinner & Reception
Shuttle Schedule:
3:30 PM | Shuttles start loading at the Hotel
3:45 PM | Shuttles Depart Hotel
4:30 PM | Shuttles Arrive at Hearth House
5:00 PM | Ceremony Starts
9:00 PM | Early Shuttle Departure, Dropping at Hotel then Returning to Venue
11:00 PM | Late Shuttle Leaves Venue to Drop at Hotel
Food & Drink: There will be an open bar throughout the reception. After the ceremony, appetizers will be served for snacking while you chat. For dinner, we'll be serving Chicken Piccata and Beef Tri Tip Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, and Vegetables. Meals are accompanied by dinner rolls and salad. After dinner, we'll have a full desert bar with cupcakes, cookies, bars, etc.
Transport: If you book at our hotel block (see Hotel Accommodations section of our website), transport will be included to/from the venue. Charter busses will depart the hotel in time to arrive at approx. 4:45p. The busses will depart the venue to head back to the hotel at two different times: an early bus (approx 8:30p) and a late bus (at the end of the event, 11p).
Parking: If you elect to drive to the venue, parking is street parking on any nearby/local street. There is no lot parking.
Important Notes:
- There are most likely no Ubers or Lyfts available after the wedding, so make sure you either book at our hotel block or have a designated driver!
- We require COVID vaccinations to attend (just be previously vaccinated at some point)
