The attire will be "dressy casual"! This means laid back khakis, sundresses, clean shirts/button-downs, and absolutely "no crusty knees" as Ryan affectionately puts it! :D We want everyone to feel a little dressed up but still relaxed and casual.

Yes, of course! We want people to be with those they feel at ease with. We tried to forecast a plus one for everyone, but that can be difficult to plan out so please just message us if you don't have a guest listed in your RSVP, and would like to take a significant other!

As long as you feel sufficiently gussied -- whether this is a fancy Hawaiian shirt, a neon golf shirt, or a black vest, it doesn't matter! What's more important to us is that you're here to celebrate with us. Of course, I can't control the social consequences of your choices, but I'll still support you. :)

Our ceremony will be "unplugged", so no pictures aside from the photographer! It's a fleeting moment in a lifetime of commitment, and it's important to us that you will all be bearing witness to our vows. Of course, after the ceremony, it's time to let loose! :D

There will be a limited open bar, so everything being served is already taken care of for you! For white wines, we'll have Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay; and for red wines, we'll have Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. There will be 3 house selections of bottled beer/cider, and an assortment of non-alcoholic drinks and mixers. Also, since our signature cocktails use vodka and Irish whiskey, you'll be able to make any number of mixed drinks from that! Have fun~

The venue is not open to guests until 3:30pm! The ceremony starts at 4:00pm. However, since there is only parking for 20 vehicles on site, please take advantage of the shuttle bus! The schedule for the shuttle is on the Travel + Lodging page.

The village's late night policy starts at 10:00pm, and absolutely everyone needs to be off the property by 10:15pm. Although there isn't a formal after-party, those who want to stay up with us can carpool with us back to the Airbnb where we're staying! The address is: 251 Ski Hi Rd, Warrensburg NY 12885.

It can be very hot and humid in the summer! And summers in the northeast can last through September until the snow hits (sometimes as early as Halloween... crazy). Even with a wedding in late August, which is when a lot of the summer festivities are coming to a close, it can still be quite humid, so bring breezy, light clothes and drink plenty of water!

Everyone is invited to our potluck family dinner the night before the wedding! It will be a nice way to catch up before the big festivities start. Please call/text me at 401.999.4417 if you can make it and want to bring something :)
