Ryan and I weren't born and raised here, but we chose to live and work here and we have, over time, built a little home for ourselves between the Catskill and Adirondack mountains. There is a lot of beauty both big and small to behold, whether we're on the top of a ridge or hiking along the edge of a lake! We're thankful to live where we are, and we want to share everything we love about our home turf with you!

We hope that you travel all this way not just to share our special day with us, but to also find a lovely vacation and relax a little before heading back to your busy lives. There is much to do, whether it's hiking an easy trail, taking on a grueling challenge up one of the Adirondack peaks, or shopping in some cute local village shops. Take a mineral bath at the historic Saratoga Spas... or if you're a history buff, we highly recommend the Saratoga Battlefield State Park, which is the site of the turning point of the Revolutionary war -- the nation's victory here directly led to the outcome of independence for the United States of America!
