Seri and Daniel both attended North Carolina State University beginning in 2019. Their paths crossed during the spring semester of their freshman year, where they both attended the NC State vs Duke basketball game. NC State won the matchup which led to the NC State tradition of students and fans rushing the bell tower. The two connected through one of Seri’s sorority sisters, who Daniel knew. When the festivities at the bell tower concluded, Daniel was kind enough to walk Seri and her friends back to their dorms. This left a good impression on Seri, which she would remember.

Seri and Daniel reconnected during the spring semester of their Sophomore year. During this time, they developed a strong connection and began dating on May 1st, 2021.

After 3 years of many adventures together, Daniel proposed to Seri at Lewis Botanical Garden in Richmond Virginia on March 23rd, 2024.

They are excited for this next chapter together and can’t wait to celebrate with their friends and family!
