Getting To Asheville
Flying
If you plan on flying, we recommend the Asheville Regional Airport.
The drive from the airport to downtown Asheville is about 20 minutes. We recommend renting a car or scheduling an Uber.
Driving
If you plan on driving, please see the following durations:
2 hour 15 minute drive from Charlotte
3 hour 40 minute drive from Raleigh
5 hour 10 minute drive from Wilmington

- ROOM BLOCK RATE IS AVAILABLE FOR DATES SHOWN ABOVE
- You can book through the link directly or call the hotel and let the agent know the wedding name “Paquette/Hanes”
- Guests will only be able to book directly for Friday through Sunday. You may receive a message that the room block is not available or is sold out if you try to book dates that are not contracted. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please call Central Reservations or the hotel to extend their reservations.
**You can extend and book an extra day on either side by calling**
- For example: If your room block is contracted for Friday and Saturday nights and a guest tries to book their arrival on Thursday, they will receive a message that the block is not available.
- If you receive a message that the room block is “sold out” please contact Seri at (704)402-8335

- ROOM BLOCK RATE IS AVAILABLE FOR DATES SHOWN ABOVE
- It will look like the regular page but this is the room block page. You can not see anything until you select the dates on the calendar.
- Once select the dates and get to the room selection, it will show the preferred rate. When you book, it will show the name of the group.
- *IMPORTANT* to book a DOUBLE QUEEN ROOM click the handicap icon under "Select your room". The room is NOT handicap, this is a normal room but for a room block this is how their system separates the rooms!
- If you look under the room, it shows the block rate and if you click on the “I” for more information the block information shows in its entirety.
- Call the hotel to have the dates extended on either side
