We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal - all black attire. Please see the "Attire" tab for more information!

Parking is available at the venue. We will be providing shuttles to and from the wedding. The shuttles will be picking up guests at the AC Hotel and leaving promptly at 3:00 PM to head to the venue. Please note, if you are not planning on taking the shuttles, it will be very hard to get an uber from the venue. Plan accordingly if you are planning on drinking! Please indicate when you RSVP if you will be taking the shuttle.

The ceremony will be taking place in an enclosed pavilion on the venue property. Cocktail hour will take place outside under a shaded patio. The reception will take place inside.

Please arrive by 3:30 PM, as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. The shuttles will be picking up guests from the AC hotel and leaving at 3:00 PM to head to the venue, please plan accordingly. You can indicate if you will be taking the shuttles when you RSVP.

While we love your children, we have made the decision make all wedding events 21+. We're excited to celebrate with you and hope that you can enjoy your night!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received an invitation that states "and guest", you have been given a plus one. They will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Hurricane Helene has caused unforeseen changes to western North Carolina as we all know. We have been monitoring the situation cautiously and will provide any additional information if plans change. Our venue was not harmed during the hurricane and the Chestnut Ridge team is fully capable and ready to host our wedding. Lodging logistics and other vendors have assured us that they are fully operational.
