Q + A

Do I need to book and pay for my room by a certain date?

Yes! You should have the NEW room deposit put down by March 26th. FINAL room payment is due by April 26th.

How will we get to the wedding venue since it's NOT being held on the resort?

Buses will bring guests to and from the wedding venue!

How do I book my rooms, flights, and transportation?

Please see the section of our website labeled “Rooms and Travel” for easy to follow links and/or information!

Will there be group transfers to and from the airport in Costa Rica?

Yes! Please see the "Rooms & Travel" tab on our website for more specific transportation details.

How does the all-inclusive model work?

The beauty of your stay is everything is totally included! Once you book, you will not have to continue to put down more money while you are at the resort. Leave your wallet in the room and indulge in as much food and beverage as you’d like! Most water-sports and other entertainment options are also included! Spa services and various excursions will be available to book for additional fees. Feel free to bring some small bills (USD$) for well-deserving staff. It is encouraged but not required.

Do I need to pack specific clothes?

For our wedding day attire, we ask for guests to dress in beach formal attire. For example, long dresses for women and long dress pants and dress shirts/jackets for men. Breathable, lightweight fabrics such as linen could be a good option! If you plan on doing any excursion adventures while you are here please pack accordingly to your excursion! In addition, some restaurants at the resort require men to wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. Many islands and some countries are also forbidding camouflage. Restaurants also require shoes and cover-ups for both men and women at all times. No bathing suits or cut off t-shirt (muscle tees) inside restaurants. Please keep all of this in mind when packing!

Is Costa Rica known for anything? Is there something I should check out?

An easy thing to check off your Costa Rican bucket list is its coffee! Costa Rica is known for their delicious Arabica coffee beans. Costa Rica is also known for its rainforests, volcanic mountains, and wildlife. They have beautiful waterfalls and national parks all around the country! Check out the “Things to Do” tab on our website to explore some different excursion options like hot springs experiences, ATV tours, ziplining, and much more!
