Cancellation Penalties:

Canceling between 04/03/25 to 05/02/25 - 1 night penalty.

Canceling between 05/03/25 - 6/01/25 - 2 nights penalty.

Canceling between 06/02/25 - 07/07/25 - FULL penalty.



GROUP TRANSPORTATION:

Shannon, Josh, and Sharon have set up direct, personal transportation for you and your party!

The price will be $50 or $60 PER PERSON (depending on vehicle needed) and will include ALL ROUND TRIP travel for your trip.

INDIVIDUAL TRANSPORTATION:

If you could not book transfers with us, there are taxi services available at the airport! You can simply book your ride when arriving at the airport upon availability. We recommend using the “Aeropuerto Daniel Oduber Taxi Company”. Their logo is yellow and black with a red taxi cab in the middle. You could book a roundtrip ride with them as well (Example: You can ask your same driver to pick you up at Riu Palace to bring you back to the airport on the day of your departure).

Please note you will have to have a passport to travel for our wedding. Please make sure your passport is good for at least 6 months after your travel dates (Example: January 2026 or later should be the expiration date). When traveling internationally, it is also recommended that you arrive at the airport 3 hours before your flight.
