There is also so much to do when staying on the resort! Take a dip in the resort's stunning pools! Grab a cocktail at the swim up bar, go down waterslides, relax in the hot tub, or take a water aerobics class!

The resort also offers non-motorized water sports on the beach! Kayak and paddle board through the blue Costa Rican waters right at our resort. Walk all the way down the beach to the left to visit an actual "Monkey Bar" to meet some friendly monkeys (and get some food and drinks for an extra fee if desired)! Activities such as golf, beach volleyball, and tennis are also available on or near the resort!

A spa day might also be your cup of tea if you are looking for a little relaxation and rejuvenation! The spa and fitness center is located in between the Riu Palace and Riu Guanacaste (the neighboring resort). A waterpark for the little ones is also located in between the two resorts. There are also many different shops, cafes, bars, and a nightclub in between the two resorts where you can shop and party at (note that these are all at an extra cost). All of these things are walking distance from the resort!
