For those who RSVP-d for shuttle pickup, please see the below pickup and dropoff information. For those who did not RSVP for shuttle pickup, doors will open at 3:30pm and we ask everyone to be seated by 3:45pm to help ensure a ceremony start promptly at 4pm.

There will be a single shuttle pickup at each hotel (Hilton-Monona Terrace, the DoubleTree- Madison Downtown, and Courtyard-Madison East) at 3pm that will bring guests to the venue. We are asking guests to please be in the lobby by 2:45pm to ensure you do not miss the shuttle.

During the reception, shuttles will leave the venue to return guests to their hotels at 8:15pm, 9:30pm, and 10:45pm.
