Thank you for joining us in celebration of our marriage! Below you will find details regarding the wedding weekend.
We have three hotel blocks reserved for the wedding from Friday August 8th- Sunday August 10th, with 1-2 day allowances on either side qualifying for the block rate. Details for each hotel and a link with the block rate applied can be found under the "Travel" tab.
A shuttle service will be provided from these hotels to the venue, and will return guests at the end of the night (see "Wedding Day" below for more details). Pickup is at 3pm at each hotel. We are asking guests to please be in the lobby by 2:45pm to ensure you do not miss the shuttle. Shuttles will return guests to their hotels at 8:15pm, 9:30pm, and 10:45pm.
DoubleTree Madison- Downtown: $209/night for single king or double queen. Reservations must be made by July 18th. This hotel is the location for the Family Brunch on Sunday (details below).
Hilton Madison- Monona Terrace: $229-259/night. Reservations must be made by July 8th. Lakeside rooms overlooking Lake Monona available.
Courtyard Madison East: $159/night for Standard King, $179/night for Double Queen, and $219/night for King Suites. Reservations must be made by July 9th. For those driving themselves, this hotel is the closest option to both the airport and the venue.
Patrick Abele (Taylor's Father) is hosting a golf outing at the Meadows of Six Mile Creek August 8th, 2025 at 1:30pm. We will be doing a fun scramble-Captain's choice for 18 holes with carts. Please fill out this RSVP if you are interested. Please note this is not related to the RSVP for the wedding itself, both need to be filled out separately.
Friday dinner is on-your-own, however Garver (our venue) has "Food Truck Fridays" where 5-6 local venues bring out the food trucks and fun for a great community gathering. Garver is also home to Ian's Pizza-- the most popular pizza place in Madison! This is a great option to try lots of local restaurants in one location, and a preview for our wedding on Saturday!
Please note on your RSVP if you would like to utilize the shuttle service and if so, at which hotel you are staying.
There will be a single shuttle pickup at each hotel (Hilton-Monona Terrace, the DoubleTree- Madison Downtown, and Courtyard-Madison East) at 3pm that will bring guests to the venue. We are asking guests to please be in the lobby by 2:45pm to ensure you do not miss the shuttle.
During the reception, shuttles will leave the venue to return guests to their hotels at 8:15pm, 9:30pm, and 10:45pm.
Ceremony and Reception are both located at Garver Feed Mill (3241 Garver Green, Madison, WI).
We request guests wear semi-formal attire.
Garver contains both a public space as well as the private event area. Signs will clearly mark the private event to the left of the main doors. Guests will be welcomed for seating starting at 3:30pm. We ask guests to please plan to be in your seats by 3:45pm to ensure we are able to start the ceremony promptly.

We are having a family-style dinner with platters of food brought to each table. Our menu is below, with notations on which items are safe for common food restrictions. Please let us know in the RSVP if you will need a special meal to accommodate any additional dietary restrictions you may have.

- Honey and chipotle glazed salmon with sweet corn and cilantro relish with creme fraiche (df, gf)
- Herb and citrus marinated and grilled chicken pieces with Italian style salsa verde (df, gf)
- Scalloped herbed potatoes (veg, gf)
- Dirty rice salad with roasted zucchini, bell peppers, heirloom tomatoes, and shallot herb vinaigrette (vegan, gf)

We invite our family members to a morning-after brunch at the DoubleTree-Madison Downtown hotel from 9:30-11am. Parking is free on-site.
For those who will be in Madison Sunday afternoon, Ashe will do a small tour of Epic! This is a casual affair, so please plan to provide your own transportation. Parking is free on-site.
