Patrick Abele is hosting a golf outing at the Meadows of Six Mile Creek August 8th, 2025 at 1:30pm. We will be doing a fun scramble-Captain's choice for 18 holes with carts. Please fill out this RSVP by July 18th if you are interested.

Please note that Epic is closed for "public" tours starting August 9th. Ashe will be doing a casual "private" tour Sunday afternoon for those who are interested.

Stroll through 16 acres of outdoor display gardens and an indoor, tropical conservatory at Olbrich Botanical Gardens. In the outdoor gardens, visit the Royal Thai Pavilion and Garden. Set on an isthmus between two scenic lakes, Madison's Central Business District encompasses the heart of downtown Madison, where the famed State Street pedestrian mall links the Capitol Square, seat of Wisconsin state government, to the University of Wisconsin campus.

State Street is a popular destination that connects the Capitol Square with the University of Wisconsin. This 3/4 mile stretch is a pedestrian-only street lined with restaurants and shops.

Grab a chair and soak up the sun on the historic Memorial Union Terrace. The years have passed, the space has grown and even the chairs have changed. But through it all, the Terrace has remained a favorite spot for UW students, faculty, staff, Union members and anyone else looking to enjoy a sunny day or beautiful evening.

Cave of the Mounds

Cave of the Mounds, a natural limestone cave located near Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, United States, is named for two nearby hills called the Blue Mounds. It is located in the southern slope of the east hill. The cave's beauty comes from its many varieties of mineral formations called speleothems. The Chicago Academy of Sciences considers the Cave of the Mounds to be "the significant cave of the upper Midwest" because of its beauty, and it is promoted as the "jewel box" of major American caves. In 1987, the United States Department of the Interior and the National Park Service designated the cave as a National Natural Landmark.
