If you’re coming from sea level, we recommend arriving in Colorado at least 24 hours prior to the event, for acclimatization (see What to Expect page).

Schedule:

4:30 pm: Guests arrive at the base of Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort

4:45 pm: Ride ski chairlift to the ceremony site

5:00 pm: Ceremony starts (if you are late, you will not be joining us)

5:30 pm: cocktail hour starts

10:00 pm: Guests must leave by this time. Chairlift will stop.
