Unlike those other cakes, Louie's cake tasted fresh and vibrant without any undesirable aftertaste or residue. Some other cakes had an overpowering degree of sweetness. However, the cake from Louie's Bakery had the perfect balance of sugar to flavoring, like a beautifully choreographed dance that let each element of the cake perform without interference from the rest. It also had the perfect amount of moisture, making it a delight to eat. The presentation was visually stunning and exactly what we had requested, and the staff delivered the cake on time and without any fuss. Speaking of the staff, everyone at the bakery was warm and friendly and had excellent communication. All our friends and family at the wedding were raving about the delicious cake, so it was an absolute hit! On a side note, we strongly recommend checking out their other baked goods! We have returned to the bakery repeatedly to purchase other desserts and baked dinner foods, and everything has been incredibly delicious! So don’t hesitate to use Louie's Bakery! They are wonderful and you will not regret it!

your wedding day. We were so embarrassed, and I would not wish this on anyone. Owner has no accountability, and just asked if we wanted our cake topper for “sentimental value” with a $50 refund for my “materials” & I had to drive 30 min to go get it. Very unapologetic, no compassion, and now this is the cake we will see in our pictures for the rest of our lives. As of today, they have not taken the responsibility for essentially not providing what we paid for. If you want to pay $400, go for it. You’re better off going to Wegmans and spending $70 for a bare, naked cake.

s was the only one that was upfront and knowledgeable about allergens. My mother can't have nuts, and many other bakeries were unsure if their cakes had nuts, etc. But Louie's knew right away and that offered me such a peace of mind. Louie's really was wonderful, I encourage you to check them out.

CH FUN. I ate 5 mini cakes and took the leftovers home for my family. They felt like they were at the tasting with me. Louie's did a great job following up on my order, making edits throughout the year, and even holding onto my cake topper as the date got closer. Cheryl (the cake artist) did an AMAZING job designing our dream wedding cake. She took my suggestions and ran with something both me and my husband loved. We ordered 3 flavors, one including a gluten free chocolate mocha cake (by far our guest's favorite!). We'll definitely be ordering more cakes from Louie's!!!

semi naked came was not only was it adorable and perfect but also tasted amazing! Then a few weeks before our wedding I decided to surprise my husband with a Phillies themed groom’s cake at our rehearsal dinner. She had amazing ideas and it came out perfect. So perfect my husband got emotional because it was in the same of a home plate, had a baseball, baseball bat and the jersey of his favorite player on it. AND it tasted amazing as well. Lastly, my bridesmaid’s held my bridal shower here in their adorable cottage and I think I already left reviews on how perfect it was but to be brief my bridesmaid’s (most of which are from out of state) raved about how easy and accommodating the staff in planning and during the shower itself was and all the food was amazing! Thank you Louie’s for everything!

k like. The cake was delicious! We had a three tier cake, the top layer was saved as our anniversary cake, and the bottom layer was fake. It was styrofoam that they put icing on. We cut into the middle layer for our "cutting of the cake" and you never would have known the bottom layer wasn't real! They made us enough sheet cake to feed all of our guests, and this saved us SO much money. And none of our guests knew, it was our little secret! We got a great deal on our cake and it was perfect!

guests commented that "it was the best wedding cake I've ever had!". The sugar flowers were beautiful and I love how smooth the entire cake looks knowing that it isn't covered in fondant! Definitely will continue using Louie's for cakes in the future.
