We hired Amy to bake our 12/09/23 wedding cake and it was perfect! The cake was a raspberry white chocolate with a raspberry butter cream and it was delicious. So many guests had never tasted such a good wedding cake and wanted to know who baked it and what it was made of. Not to mention the design was simply beautiful. Amy was excellent to work with in planning the wedding cake and all the desserts for the dessert display for my daughter’s wedding. She provided us with a very nice tasting for the wedding cake. Everything was delicious, it was hard to choose our favorites. The cake was beautiful and delicious. She worked with us and our florist to make the cake look perfect. As for the dessert display, guests at the reception raved about how great everything looked and tasted. They enjoyed the large variety of baked goods. We hired Amy for our wedding this past June and were absolutely blown away in the best way. We chose to get cupcakes to allow for more choices, we chose three flavors and the cupcakes were all amazing. My husband is not a “cake person” and he fell in love with her lemon cupcake with raspberry cream filling. She set it up beautifully and I would high recommend people working with her! PS: highly recommend trying her peanut butter cake and filling and her almond cake. Sooo good!

Amy did an amazing job on wedding my cake! The cake was a raspberry swirl cake, with raspberry filling, and buttercream icing. It was moist & delicious! Our cake was stunning and delicious!! Amy listened to my fiance (who doesn't like icing) and suggested a naked cake which was perfect! Amy is my cake hero! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional - I approached her with a draw-up design for our two-tier wedding cake and she knocked it out of the park! There were so many delicious flavors to choose from - my husband and I had to go with two kinds of cake for our sheet cakes as we couldn't decide. Amy also has a wonderful selection of desserts as well - all of the ones we chose to go with our cake were simply divine. We're still hearing compliments about them from our guests! Wow is the first word that comes to mind with Amy and her cakes! Not only is Amy personable and kind, but her cakes are OFF THE CHARTS! I’m not much of a cake person usually, but Amy’s cakes are something special. Every flavor we tried during our tasting was beyond delicious. It was very hard to choose a flavor because we truly enjoyed every variety we tried. Also during our tasting, Amy listened intently to our requests and asked specific questions as to understand what we wanted visually with the cake. She called me about a week or two before the wedding too just to go over every detail to ensure everything was correct. The day of the wedding, my jaw dropped when I saw the cake! It was ABOVE AND BEYOND what we could have imagined. Amy’s creativity combined with her artistic skills and baking talent produced the most perfect cake. The assistant photographer for the wedding even thought the flowers on the cake were real! And the cake was just as delicious as we remembered! Amy also did cupcakes for my bridal shower and , again, sheer perfection. You would be missing out BIG TIME if you did not hire her for your wedding and special event needs. Amy made our dream cake come to life! She was so easy to work with and her delicious cake speaks for itself! She invited us into her home based bakery for the cutest tasting ever and we decided on an incredible vanilla cake with an imported Italian strawberry jam filling with buttercream frosting and fondant decoration. She's detail oriented and will ensure everything is exactly as you want a few weeks before the wedding. Amy was a pleasure to work with! She's been very busy, but made time for my small wedding. She made us 65 cupcakes and a cutting cake. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was absolutely delicious as well. After cutting the cake with my husband I rushed the plate back to my table to have more! Amy is great at what she does! Our wedding cake came out perfect and was delicious!! We had postponed our wedding due to Covid and Amy was always quick to respond to my emails. I changed my mind about the cake design a few times during quarantine and she was quick and organized with confirming my changes. Amy was absolutely incredible the day of our wedding! I had been working closely with Amy for several months leading up to the big day, and she was so easy to communicate with. She was flexible and always made herself available to chat. She also made recommendations based on our vision for a dessert table and small naked cake which was so helpful. The display at the wedding was absolutely beautiful. The minute my guests entered the reception space they began asking when they could start enjoying the treats. When the first person finally walked up to get desserts, 50 people eagerly followed which was hilarious. Not a single dessert from our huge display was left, and guests were raving about the sweets all night long. Amy was also so thoughtful and left an individual assortment for my husband and I to enjoy after the wedding. As one can imagine, we were quite busy running around during the reception and barely had time to eat. We were so excited to get to enjoy her treats afterwards-they were so yummy! I cannot imagine a more seamless planning process and plan to recommend Amy for all of my local friends’ and family’s future events. She is a fantastic person and talented baker!!

A wedding cake from Amy's Creative Cakes was included with our wedding package at our venue. It was basic flavors and a basic design included, which we were absolutely ok with. When we had our initial cake tasting with Amy, the cakes were delicious. We had more the next day at the bridal show we went too. We ended up sticking with a basic flavor for our cake. We figured that since we were ordering cupcakes and paying for them, we'd get the other 2 flavors as cupcakes (red velvet and funfetti). Since my husband and I met through the firehouse, we wanted to have some sort of fire-themed design for our cake. We found a very simple, elegant fire design for the cake. The cake was so pretty and well done. The cake tasted amazing and so did the cupcakes. Amy was also very easy to work with. I highly recommend Amy's Creative Cakes!

Amy went above and beyond for our wedding. She made us feel like family from our cake tasting right up to our wedding day. We were at our tasting when our original venue canceled on us due to construction and COVID issues. Amy gave us some great suggestions and even contact names and numbers. We found our perfect spot all due to Amy. Her cakes, cookies and croissant pretzels were such a hit that our guests are still raving about them! My cake was gorgeous and the hibiscus icing was yummy!!

Amy was one of the best things to happen to us while planning our wedding day. We had been connected to Amy through our original wedding venue, and we knew right away we were going to get a great cake! She took time to invite us over to have a tasting with different cake, icing, and filling options ready for us to mix and match to help us find the perfect combo for our big day. We even got to take the leftovers home with us which, pardon the turn of phrase, was icing on the cake! When our venue was changed due to COVID-19 restrictions, Amy was willing and able to do whatever necessary to get our contract updated, and our cake delivered! Considering all the other changes to the cake’s design and size we talked through leading up to the big day, Amy deserves 10 stars.

Amy was awesome! Myself, the groom and my mother-in-law went to her house for the initial cake tasting so we could decide on what we wanted. Amy was super friendly, pleasant and accommodating. We ended up with a 3 tier cake and 2 sheet cakes as our wedding was for 200+ people and we wanted a couple of options for our guests. Amy was SO easy to work with during the entire process and her prices are SO reasonable. My cake was GORGEOUS!!!! We did a simple white frosted cake with a spatula stripe horizontal line texture on each tier and fresh flowers on it. The cake went PERFECTLY with our outdoor/rustic/barn/tent themed wedding. Amy, thank you so much for giving me my dream wedding cake and people are STILL talking about how delicious it was! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Amy was fantastic and so easy to work with! Our cupcake flavor requests were not on her 'standard' list, but she made a selection of them for us for our tasting and they were amazing. We got married last October and originally we booked another bakery to create our wedding cake. Unfortunately a year before our wedding the bakery we choose went out of business. She gave us Amy's contact information and told us that they would be making our cake for our wedding. Amy did a great job answering all my questions and relieving any and all stress I had about the flavor of our cake. Our cake tasted AMAZING! We had a white cake with cannoli filling as well as chocolate cake with espresso filling. It tasted even better than I remembered from the other bakery where we had our original tasting. I can't wait for this October when we can go for an anniversary tier and enjoy it all over again!

I met Amy at a Wedding Fair at the Hotel Bethlehem right after booking our venue. My husband and I knew we wanted a smaller cake with a lot of bite-size treats, so I was sold when I sampled her white-chocolate covered raspberry champagne cake bites. OMG! Amy was a pleasure to work with and was super helpful in suggesting portions/counts for the desserts based on our guest count, as well as bringing our vision to life with these gorgeous log stands for the display. She also was willing to make some out-of-the-box desserts like a s'mores bar and chocolate-dipped homemade marshmallows, which went with our firepit and rustic theme. Once we did our cake/dessert tasting, my husband and I couldn't wait until we could indulge in those flavors again on our wedding day. We were so thrilled with how everything came out and couldn't have done it without such a helpful and talented partner!

Amy's Creatives Cakes deserves 5 stars! She uses amazing ingredients to offer unique flavor combinations sure to please all. My husband says he is "not a dessert person" (crazy, I know!) and even he LOVED the cake. The design, delivery and of course TASTE exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Amy’s for any wedding or special occasion. She was helpful and involved in all details from start to finish. She let us try lots of flavors at our tasting, so we could be sure of exactly what we wanted. She helped me select a cake topper, and designed an awesome Batman cake for the groom’s cake. Amy made our cupcakes for our wedding and they were so delicious! We had just plain chocolate and vanilla with a delicious icing. We also had her made a small cake for us to request. She made a delicious carrot cake that even my husband said was good! (He decided to let me have my favorite cake Haha) The icing was perfect and never too much. She came to the venue and set them all up on her cake stand and it looked amazing all together. Definitely would recommend her!

Amy was the absolute best decision I made for my wedding. Her cake was not only appealing to the eyes but to the stomach as well. We had a red velvet and chocolate cake- let me tell you- I am still eating cake leftovers. Amy is not only a talented baker but a very strong business woman. Amy did our wedding cake for April 20th 2018. She also made our wedding cake pops, which came our super cute and delicious! The cake pops were for our wedding favors they were little groom & bride she decorated them so perfectly it came out better than the picture I showed her . The cake she made for us was beautiful! We chose her red velvet & chocolate cake with chocolate ganache. It tasted really good! Everyone loved it a friend of mine who’s husband doesn’t even eat cake, had tried it & loved the red velvet. My husband and I got our wedding cake from here and we absolutely loved it. It looked just like the picture we gave her and it tasted amazing aswell. The cake for our October 28 2016 wedding was amazing and everything we described and envisioned. Amy did a fantastic job of making the cake perfect. I also worked with Amy via email on a grooms cake which was also perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Amy was a pleasure to work with I would recommend her over and over.

I met Amy at the Lehigh Valley bridal show and tried her cake and cookies. I absolutely fell in love with her cookies and her cake was amazing too! She did a great job on cookies my mom ordered for my bridal shower by matching our colors and still making them different then the favors we were planning on for the wedding. She followed up with me on exactly which leaf shape I wanted for our cookie favors and sent pictures of color samples so I could chose which one worked for me. She was very flexible in adding on additional cookies since I contacted her about a month and a half before our big day. I also decided to go with her for a grooms cake to have at our rehearsal dinner to surprise my husband-to-be. I gave her some of his hobbies and ask her to also honor his job since he is a police officer. She came back with some great ideas and I told her to just run with it. When I saw the cake the night of it was so perfect for him! She did such an amazing job and her cinnamon cake was to die for. I highly recommend Amy for any cookie or cake needs and will definitely be going back to her in the future (especially once our frozen cookie stash gets too low).

Amy was amazing!! The table looked fabulous and everything tasted amazing!! All the guests asked where we got the cupcakes from! We got cupcakes cookies and bars and all the bars were gone before we even cut the cake, the cookies followed shortly after that and there was only about 5 cupcakes left and they were gone shortly after we got back to the hotel!! Amy worked with us throughout the process of choosing the flavors, colors and designs and even helped with how we should display it. We wanted a cannoli filling to go along with our Italian themed wedding, which wasn't a flavor she normally used, so she made it a special point to try out recipes with her family before making our cake to make sure that it came out perfect - which it did! We recently celebrated our 1 year anniversary and the cake was still delicious! Thank you Amy for making us the perfect wedding cake. You were amazing to work with!

I fell in love with Amy's cinnamon bun cupcakes at a bridal show. All I needed was for my (now) husband to give the okay on them, and as expected, he loved them too. She was at our venue setting up our cupcake tower before I even arrived and it looked as amazing as it tasted. I couldn't have been happier with the way everything turned out. The price was also completely affordable and within our tight wedding budget. I will definitely be coming back for future cake/cupcake needs. Thank you, Amy!

Amy did a cupcake tower for our wedding, she provided the tower and took care of all the set up and take down. She was responsive to our email communications and her cake was absolutely delicious. We also added along with our cake, brownies and tandy cakes, there was nothing left by the end of the night because everyone loved them so much.

The design and flavor of the cake was excellent. It was everything I wanted. Working with Amy's Creative Cakes was a very nice experience.

We gave Amy a photo of a cake we found online that we loved, and she made a cake that was even more beautiful than the photo! She was very accommodating, and made the whole experience very easy.
