The Happy Mixer Gluten Free Bakery

We loved our GF cake from Happy Mixer! We had three layers and each was a different flavor (red velvet, vanilla, chocolate) and had different icing flavors (cream cheese, strawberry, caramel)! The staff was so helpful and responsive to questions. Guests enjoyed the taste of our cake. Best of all, I got to have my perfect wedding cake and I was able to eat it, too!

They made an amazingly beautiful and delicious 4 tier cake for our wedding day and it turned out incredible!! Everyone loved the cake and we were extremely happy with everything!! Beautifully decorated with attention to detail!!

No one guessed our wedding cake was gluten free and people were raving about how delicious and beautiful it was. It was so nice that I was able to enjoy our wedding cake without standing out because EVERYONE enjoyed it!

Before my bridal shower and wedding day, I never found a gluten-free cake worth eating. The Happy Mixer made two very important events the absolute SWEETEST. For my shower, we had a small chocolate/vanilla cake with vanilla icing, and for our wedding, we had a four-tier red velvet 'naked' cake with cream-cheese frosting. The design was impeccable and exceeded my expectations. Our guests LOVED the red velvet cake, which is a high compliment coming from Southern relatives who have high standards for red-velvet. Working with Tim was so simple, and he was always readily available via email or phone. He gave us multiple pricing options and kept in touch throughout the planning process. Our price was quite reasonable for a gluten-free cake & delivery (some bakeries in the Philly area are priced insanely high!). Needless to say, I'm looking forward to devouring our top tier at our one year mark!

Delicious!! My friends took me to the bakery 3 weeks before my wedding and I instantly fell in love. EVERYTHING GLUTEN FREE & IT TASTE AMAZING! I wanted their cookies, desserts, and cakes for my wedding! I emailed them and asked: 1.Can I have 2 coffee cakes in 80 slices and packaged in whatever way is easiest for you. 2. Can 30 chocolate chip, 30 strawberry cookies (the ones that have powder sugar on them with the dough in a rectangle shape) again any packaging that is easiest for you! 3. Is there anyway the best man and my brother in law can pick it all up at noon on the 27th? Tim answered right away with a YES! A dream come true. My husband hates cake and desserts and one third of my wedding guests and myself have a gluten intolerance. I had been so sad that we would not be having dessert at our wedding. The Happy Mixer changed all of that. Everyone loved all of it, and couldn't believe it was all Gluten Free. My aunt was a bakery chef for 15 plus years and she could not stop eating the cookies!! ANy bride with Allergies or a sweet tooth these hands down are the best!
