Hi all,

Just a brief explanation of our wedding. We are hosting TWO events: the wedding ceremony itself about an hour outside of Dublin, Ireland, and a Michigan (Yooper) Reception in the Upper Peninsula in Summer 2024. If you feel that you cannot make it to Ireland, then please feel free to RSVP only for the Yooper Reception. You can also attend BOTH, if you choose to do so. We leave it up to you to decide how you want to celebrate our union. We will be happy and appreciative of however you decide to participate in the celebration.

Dress Code: Nice Casual, but be prepared with layers in case the weather is chilly.

Wedding Updates:
 
-      The welcome reception is not required. It is casual. It is located at the Kepp Bar inside the Castle.
-      For ALL hotel guests, you must make a reservation for all meals via email or upon arrival.
-      If you're only staying the night of the 20th, please read: Check-in is technically at 3 pm. However, the castle will allow you to check and leave your bags until the Drink’s Reception when you can move into your room. You can change for the wedding inside the clubhouse or spa if needed. There are dressing rooms.
-      The wedding day schedule is on the main page of the website.
-      If you are staying off-site, we strongly encourage you to take a taxi back to your accommodations. We have provided a list of taxi companies that serve Kilkea Castle on the website.
-      Our signature cocktail will have both an alcohol and non-alcohol version.
