*Please note: As of April 1, 2025, there are only 6 tents left to book at Under Canvas. If you aren't seeing any availability, you are likely making a mistake when plugging in the code. Feel free to call Under Canvas to book the North Yellowstone property directly.

We couldn't be more excited to welcome you all to our favorite place in the world: Montana! We have four amazing days of events planned and can't wait to see you here next year.
Please note, while we have several awesome events lined up, all are completely optional. We understand this is a big trip for most of you, and we want you to feel free to take your own adventures while you're in Yellowstone country. If you plan to attend specific events, please make sure to accurately RSVP so we can prepare accordingly.
We also understand that various factors may make it difficult for you to attend. While we would love to see you, we sincerely and completely understand if you can't make it. No worries at all, and we look forward to seeing you when we next meet! :)

Yellowstone River Group Float
Friday, September 12, 2025
9:30 AM–12:30 PM
*Optional*
Join the Bride & Groom for a beautiful 3+ hour float down the Yellowstone River! We'll be floating in 14-16' paddle rafts, with 8-10 people per raft. These are the classic whitewater rafting style rafts where you will be completely out of the water except for a bit of water by your feet. This will be more of a leisurely float than a whitewater rafting excursion as this stretch of the Yellowstone River is fairly slow and mellow in September. However, you do need to be a confident swimmer and capable of self-rescue if necessary. There will be no guide on the boat, so we'll be paddling ourselves. We will provide a local friend for your raft if you need assistance with paddling, but I doubt it as we will be floating as a large group. Life jackets and paddles will be in the boat waiting for you.
Lunch and drink coolers (including beer) will be provided, but we suggest bringing your preferred beverages just in case.
We will be providing transportation for everyone and will be leaving from Under Canvas at 9:00AM sharp. We have 3 buses that will be transporting us to the river drop-in site at Loch Leven which is about a 15 min drive. We will float down to the Pine Creek river takeout which is right next to Under Canvas. We'll be floating about 6 river miles. There are a few take out spots on the way, so if anyone wants to get off the rafts early, we can drop you off on the side of the river and have someone pick you up.
After we're done floating, we will walk ~5 mins from Pine Creek to Under Canvas. We will have the golf carts to pick up anyone who doesn't want to walk.
There are outhouses at both Loch Leven and Pine Creek.
