Under Canvas is our preferred lodging choice for the weekend as we have secured a full property buyout! All wedding events, except the Sunday farewell brunch, will take place at Under Canvas. We’ve secured the property from Thursday, September 11, 2025, to Sunday, September 14, 2025. The property has 61 tents that can accommodate up to 205 people if the kids tents are utilized (which we highly recommend!).

How to Book:

Follow this link to access the Under Canvas North Yellowstone – Paradise Valley booking calendar. If the link doesn’t work, visit UnderCanvas.com and select Under Canvas North Yellowstone. Make sure you select the North Yellowstone property as there are two Under Canvas Yellowstone properties (North and West).

Booking Instructions:

Select the dates: September 11, 2025 – September 14, 2025.

Enter "wilsonwedding" in the Group Code box located on the right-hand side, just above the "Check Availability" button.

Be sure to click "apply group," or the dates will show as unavailable.

Click "Check Availability."

Make sure there are no spaces in the group code "wilsonwedding" and that you’ve clicked "apply group," or it will show as unavailable.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll see all available tents and pricing. Please note, you must book all three nights, and the booking is non-refundable since it’s a full property buyout. If you have any issues, don’t hesitate to call Under Canvas for assistance.

This is the nicest KOA facility I've ever seen and it's right across the river from Under Canvas! This KOA has multiple cabins, RV sites, and tent sites and is a 10-15 minutes walk to Under Canvas! We highly recommend renting a cabin or bringing your camper and staying at the KOA.

Sage Lodge is one of the most beautiful hotels in all of Southwest Montana. The property is gorgeous and it has the most incredible spa facility. I highly recommend this hotel!
