For all of our guests who are in town on Friday night (including your little ones if you've brought them along), please join us for a Welcome Dinner/Party at Timber & Torch. Timber and Torch is right on the mountain / gondola square, walking distance from all accommodations listed on our website. Attire is casual. Jeans are totally fine and something dressier is, too - whatever will make you comfortable! The welcome event has indoor/outdoor space, and it may be chilly by 6:30, so please bring a coat to be comfortable outside. If you are so inclined, cowboy hats and boots are welcome!

Our guests are not permitted to drive to the wedding venue. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3 PM from The Highmark/Wild Plum Market, The Gondola Transit Center, Trappeur's Crossing Main Lobby, and Gravity Haus.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. Women are welcome to wear midi-length, floor-length, or cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be outside and on grass, so please wear appropriate footwear. Men are welcome to wear suits and ties (no tuxes). Bring a pashmina or coat - September temperatures are 60s-70s during the day, but can drop to 30s-50s at night!
