Steamboat Resort has a large variety of accommodations from discount hotels to luxury condominiums. Prices range from ~ $250 to $1,200 / night for hotel rooms to 4 luxury bedroom condos, with the higher quality options tending to be multi-bedroom condos.

We have segmented our recommendations for where to stay based on 1-2 bedrooms or 2-4 bedrooms options. All options we are recommending are near Steamboat Gondola Square where our Friday night event is, and where the shuttles will depart to the wedding venue. Note that the town of Steamboat is a 10 minute drive away, and there are many easy transportation options to town.

Please stay near a shuttle pickup. Driving to the venue is not permitted.

We are providing shuttles to and from the venue, departing from pickup stops near The Highmark/One Steamboat Place and the Gondola Transit Center/Sheraton Resort Villas.

The shuttle pick up spots are conveniently near a number of lodging options listed below. Please be aware that staying outside of the mountain area will require you to arrange your own transportation to the shuttle stops. Check out this map of all the locations in relation to the shuttle locations.

Discounts/Codes:

- Residences listed on mtn-resorts.com or Simplysteamboat.com should reflect an automatic discount for the week of the wedding. No code needed. This includes Trappeurs Crossing Lodges, Chateau Chamonix, Steamboat Gondola Residences

- The Torian Plum and The Lodge at Steamboat. Our guests are eligible for 10% off bookings. Once the email is received, the group code and discount will be applied and an email confirmation will be issued. For bookings made on vacasa.com, within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be processed and the difference will be reimbursed at the time of the rate adjustment.

- Gravity Haus offers hotel room style accommodations. Call Gravity Haus at (970) 879-1730 and mention Cohen-Meyer wedding to reserve rooms in the hotel block at the $269 rate + taxes and the resort fee waived.

Many of these condos have front desks and amenities akin to a typical hotel and all of the condos listed are short walks from each other, food and activities, and where shuttles will depart for the wedding ceremony / reception.

Unfortunately the two main “regular” hotels on the mountain are either under construction next summer (Steamboat Grand) or converting to a timeshare hotel, releasing rooms to non-time share holders starting 45 days before the wedding (Sheraton). We expect some people to book within this time frame close to the wedding successfully at these locations, but no guarantee.
