We have a group discount code for two Vail Resorts hotel properties in the Beaver Creek village:

Both hotels are very close to the ceremony and reception venues.

The Charter
We also have a discounted space available room block with The Charter at Beaver Creek. Our discount is valid for rooms booked anytime from 9/25-10/2. The Charter has a two-night minimum. They offer standard hotel rooms, with one king or two queen beds, and 1-5-bedroom condos. All condos come equipped with a living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer and balcony and each bedroom will have their own bathroom.

St. James Place
We have a 10% discount at St. James Place, located in the village. Two-night minimum stay is required. Discount is valid for rooms booked anytime from 9/25-10/2. Parking is complimentary for up to two cars per unit.

Borders Lodge
We have a 10% discount at the Borders Lodge, located in the village. Two-night minimum stay is required. Discount is valid for rooms booked anytime from 9/25-10/2. Parking is complimentary for one car per unit.

AIR BNB'S/VRBO'S
There are lots of AIR BNB's/VRBO's in the Beaver Creek village and surrounding areas. These are especially great options for larger groups that all want to stay together!
Make sure to be aware of hotels or AIR BNB's/VRBO's that have "Beaver Creek" in the name or listing that may not actually be located in the Beaver Creek village. A lot of these lodging options are actually in Avon, Edwards, or Eagle, which are not within the village. An upside to staying within the Beaver Creek village itself is that you can utilize the benefit of the free Village Connect buses for transportation. See Q&A tab for additional details.
