All of the information needed to book your room, flight, and airport transportation is on our "Travel" page. We have reserved a room block at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya with special group rates. There are limited rooms available so we recommend booking as soon as possible. Rooms must be reserved with a deposit by July 18, 2026. Rooms must be paid in full by August 17, 2026.

Yes, to attend the welcome party you must either be staying at the Hard Rock or be in possession of a day pass.

No, you do not have to stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya to attend the wedding ceremony or reception. Our wedding will be held at a separate venue, Blue Venado Paamul.

Day passes to the Hard Rock Riviera Maya are $161/per person and include all the all-inclusive amenities.

Transportation to and from the wedding venue, Blue Venado Playa Privada, will be provided from the Hard Rock Rivera Maya. The transportation service will not be accessible to guests not staying at the Hard Rock. Please meet in the Roja lobby at 4PM. The shuttle will depart at 4:15PM.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as [your name] + [guest] if a plus one has been given to you.

Of course! We would not have you fly all the way to Mexico and then make you pay for your drinks. Drinks are on us (as long as you're on the dance floor) and the hangover is on you.

Yes! Kids are welcome. Please make sure you RSVP for everyone in your party that is attending. If you would like to bring your kid(s) to Mexico, but want a kid-free night for the reception and ceremony, the Hard Rock offers babysitting services at the resort for an extra cost. When we visited, we were quoted $125/per 4 hours.

This is really up to you, but the reviews we've read re: service were great and tipping is always very much appreciated. We recommend bringing around $40/day per person in small bills $1, $5, and $10 (shuttle driver, bell hop, servers, bartenders, housekeeping, room service). If you run out of cash, there is an ATM on property that dispenses USD and the servers are happy to help you break large bills.
