Below you can find all of the information needed to book your travel.
Accommodations
We have reserved a room block at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya.
Rooms must be reserved with a deposit by July 18, 2026.
Rooms must be paid in full by August 17, 2026.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya
Please review the following steps carefully.
1) Wedding guests will be responsible for securing their reservation by booking online via the link provided below.
2) Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa card valid up to departure date.
3) Only 1 credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.
4) Wedding guests will be charged a $200 per room deposit at time of booking.
5) Partial stay attendees sharing a room are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
6) FINAL PAYMENT: 60 days prior to arrival the credit card used at the time of booking will be charged the remaining balance due.
7) You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time.
8) Attendees are responsible for their own room and incidental charges.
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR HARD ROCK RIVIERA MAYA:
1) For cancellations received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
2) For cancellations received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
3) For cancellations within 30 days of travel, the entire booking cost is non-refundable.
Rates include the following:
1) Meals and drinks at the hotel including alcoholic beverages (all menus will include upgraded food and beverage options at an additional cost).
2) All hotel taxes and gratuities
3) 24 hour room service
4) Wireless internet
5) Airport transportation from CUN airport for up to 2 guests per room.
6) $200 resort credit per night per room.
7) Unlimited long distance calls to Continental USA, Canada and Dominican Republic. This does not include calls to 800 numbers.

Heaven at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya
Wedding guests may choose to stay in the "Adults Only" section at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya called "Heaven". If booked at "Heaven", you may still go to the family-friendly section of the resort. It is all accessible via walking.
The link below only has live inventory rates and availability for rooms in the Heaven section as nothing is being held in the group room block. If you want to be in the adults-only section, please book asap!

Flights
Guests may fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) or Tulum International Airport (TQO).
CUN and TQO are both about 50 miles or a 1-1.5 hour drive from the Hard Rock Riviera Maya with CUN being north of our location and TQO being south of our location.
Airport Transportation
Hard Rock Transportation Services:
Guests at the Hard Rock are eligible for a promotion where each room qualifies for free airport transportation to and from the resort for up to 2 guests. This is only available from CUN airport. This is a shared transport and may wait at the airport for other guests and make stops at other resorts along the way. Charges for additional guests will be applied to your room and you can pay by card or cash at the reception when you check-out. If you have more than 2 guests in your room to shuttle, please contact Renee at renee@lizmooreweddings.com so she can send you the link to book airport shuttle for additional guests.
If you made your booking through our wedding website, you can request your transfer at least 15 days prior to your arrival by filling out this form: https://hotel.hardrock.com/riviera-maya/book-transportation.aspx
To confirm your airport transfer, you must respond to the request with your confirmation number so that one of our “Hard Rockers” can await you at the airport.
Independent Transportation Services:
Guests may also book airport transportation with independent services. We used the company, Cancun Airport Transportations, when we visited in 2025 and can highly recommend.
