es in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, I was anxious and reached out for an update. It took several emails to get a response. If you call, the voicemail basically says you’d be better off emailing. I eventually was told the managing editor was on vacation. Later I was told the managing editor had a family emergency. I received my pictures after around 6 weeks. I noticed some pictures were missing, so reached out again. After a few emails, finally was told they would work on it. Well last update I received was 8/24. It is now 9/24. We were married 6/17. I have emailed again several times with no response. Up to my wedding, this company was wonderful. Since my wedding, I have been treated like I’m not important, and I’m still waiting on the missing photos. I held off on this review hoping they would make it right. I’m incredibly disappointed and obviously even more upset that I don’t have all my wedding photos.

elf time to calm down and reflect, but my opinion has not changed. The company and the photographer were both hard to get in touch with. I would have to send multiple emails and leave multiple voicemails to get a response. When I did speak with the company, I will say they were very pleasant and answered my questions. I was told the photographer would reach out to me 2 weeks before the wedding. This was very important to me because this was a destination wedding, and so I was unfamiliar with the area, and had lots of questions about where to take photos. Additionally, I had my hair and makeup artist asking me about timing and location, and I needed to speak with the photographer first to answer her questions. I also needed to tell family where they would need to go for photos. 9 days before the wedding the photographer had still not reached out. I emailed her, and I did get a response. We exchanged a couple of emails. But I asked for a quick 5-minute call as the back and forth emails was making things way more complicated. I never got a reply. 5 days later (now 3 days before my wedding), I sent a follow up email asking for a 5-minute call to discuss location. I got a response that night that she was out of town shooting a show and was unavailable to talk until Friday evening. THE NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING. All in all, the communication was not great, which is so important. As far as the photos, they fell below my expectations. We did a lot of your “formal” or “traditional” style pictures, which I did want. But the only other type of photos she was taking were very “unnatural” poses…is the best way to describe it. I felt so uncomfortable, and these types of photos were just not me at all. A couple of hours in, I kindly suggested that I did not really like this type of photo. She got snippy and replied “well you never told me what you like.” I honestly didn’t know what to say and was caught off guard. I am not an emotional person, but I almost started to cry. It was so incredibly rude. She never asked me what “style” of photos I wanted, and honestly, with so much going on with planning a wedding, it wasn’t really on my mind. Frankly, I didn’t necessarily have a particular type that I wanted, but I assumed, as a professional photographer, she was was going to have all these ideas for different types and styles of poses for us. That wasn’t the case. One of the best photos that we took, where my husband picked me up and dipped me for a kiss, was our idea. I do take partial blame because I should have played a more active role in showing the photographer some ideas, but I just didn’t think I had to worry about this. I left the creativity to the professional. Now, I see all these amazing wedding photos and I am so sad that we don’t have any photos like that. For what you pay, I just expected a lot more. Anyone can take photos with a nice camera.

thought I'd get a good shot or two from friends and family with their mobile phones... and I'm so glad that my husband and I decided to book last minute with this company. Our photographer took the time to call and get to know us as a couple as well as get info about the type of pictures we really wanted our of this session. We have never paid for professional photos and at the end of the night when our photographer gave us a peek of his last photo I literally jumped up and down in joy! Every shot he took was amazing and captured every special moment on our big day. Not only did he take the time to do little things line adjust my dress train our ask a guest to grab my bouquet he set up special lighting to get the one shot I really wanted. My husband and I were over the moon for every moment he captured and eventhough we had setbacks with other vendors this company made up for it. If you want photos you will cherish forever please book them. Worth every penny!

We were so grateful to have him as our photographer and after we saw the engagement photos we were beyond excited for Mike to do our wedding pictures. He has a great attitude and he definitely put everyone at ease on the wedding day. The whole wedding party talked about how cool he was! The photos are beautiful-such attention to detail. Use this company for your wedding photography and ask for Mike! He was the bomb! We are so grateful we went with Lili Lu for our wedding photography. The pictures truly capture who we are. He was absolutely awesome and funny, made us both feel so comfortable (we don't do photos) and we loved him so much that we requested he shoot us on our big day too, which he did! Mind you, my wedding experience was happening just as the pandemic started. From moving my wedding date and changing things around, Lili Lu was great about everything and when the wedding day finally came, Mike was there ready to go! He blew us away with our wedding photographs and just genuine personality. Cannot recommend this company enough, thank you guys again for everything!

She made the day so much easier since she was responsible for all the little things that have the possibility of annoying a bride, groom, and or their friends and families. She made sure we had food before our grand entrance so we weren't starving. Miranda was wonderful to work with and so incredibly helpful- even when the guests got a little out of hand and started doing things on their own. Miranda definitely took the stress away from a very stressful day. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Miranda and Allison from Lili Lu.

They gave us an estimated time that the pictures would be ready and they were right on time (the video was even ready before we expected it to be). The team was kind, professional, and you could tell they are all very experienced. ell Brittany knew exactly what she was doing by how she expertly directed the people in the pictures. She was also really helpful keeping the time throughout the day. The company Cassie Peech replied e-mails in a pretty timely manner...what blew me away was how accommodating they were. I live in LA yet, had my wedding in FL. I had no time to do an engagement shoot, so they agreed to tack an extra hour on the wedding day for it. GREAT TEAM, BOOK THEM!

They were on top of everything, even there for us when family was leaving for the night and my neice hurt her hand, Miranda rushed to get ice for her. When cake stand was on its way and cake deliverer had to leave before it arrived, they set up the cake. Best decision we made was to hire Cassie as our coordinator.

here for a while and take a bunch of photos of our guests. I got less than 5 photo booth pictures. The video was beautiful but there were a few small mistakes. I asked Alvaro to edit the parts and he said he would. It's been 3 months since the wedding and I'm still waiting for the edited video.
