ent many emails, texts, and phone calls trying to get ahold of them to simply book, but had no such luck. Thankfully, the responded, but it got to the point where we were entertaining other rental companies in Wilmington. Grateful that everything worked out!

y but if you’re getting married at Southport Community Building, they have a custom fireplace that can be rented but they do not tell you it’s nothing like the picture, it’s just a foam mantle that has no decor whatsoever. My coordinator had to leave the venue the day of to go find decorations for it. It turned out way better than the picture on their website but it would’ve been nice to plan beforehand.

changes and slow decision making! The prices are great and the customer service was wonderful too. Due to wind on the day of our wedding, they could not set up the tent or heaters we had rented but were so nice and accommodating and didn't charge us for that!

up, lighting was perfect. The gentleman who were there were professional and accomodating. They came the morning after all events were through and took everything down. The quality of the tent, the lines, chairs, etc. were wonderful. I would highly recommend this company over and over again. The owner worked with me as to what I needed for the wedding, he visited the signt with me and made any adjustments I needed. The invoicing was detailed and perfect. They were always available whenever I needed them or had any questions or changes.

alled and found out that they were delivered to the venue the weekend before. The company apologized and delivered them first thing Sunday morning and my family all rushed to get things set up. The tables also were older and looked a little rough on top so be sure to have tablecloths!

t to contact and we had to amend the invoice quite a few times until it reflected what we wanted. (No real problem there, these things happen). The day of they delivered chairs that were different from what we originally ordered (again, not the end of the world- they were still white so it wasn't that big of a deal) but they didn't deliver enough chairs. This is where I was concerned- everyone needs a place to sit. My mom called and had to leave a message 2 hours before the wedding- they got back to her and said they would deliver extra chairs. About an hour before the wedding the chairs still were not there. They did end up delivering them about 45 mins before. We also apparently had to get a bit "creative" with the linens on the table. All in all- they were okay and everything worked out in the end.
