We truly couldn't have asked for a better DJ. BONUS: He sings!! This was so much fun & everyone loved it! He had everyone on the dance floor all night. Completely exceeded our expectations. Both Spencer and the owner Jim were also so informative, kind, and amazing when it came to getting in touch with us before the wedding. This was such a peace of mind to have as a bride worrying about many things. I could sit here and write about how amazing they were all day. Thank you for helping make our day so beyond special!!!

oth were overjoyed by the quality of service we received. Both Jim and Spencer truly made our night wonderful. We have EVERY guest on the dance floor. They found fun ways to get everyone on the dance floor, even those who typically would stray away. We had many, many guests coming up to us, telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. A lot of the songs, you couldn't tell if it was Spencer, or the original singer performing. Spencer was talented, fun, and a great addition to our nights performance. Jim did an amazing job playing to the vibe of the songs we requested. We had a few meetings prior to our wedding, which was extremely helpful in discussing our expectations for the night. Jim and Spencer's quality of service truly made it a night to remember.

If you're looking for a DJ/Wedding singer, DJ Spencer is your man! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing he was! Our dance floor was FULL all night long (we had a 5 hou...

r reception!!). DJ Spencer was so easy to work with and made the night so special. We had spoken about a first dance with my Grandfather, then decided against it due to his mobility. At the reception, my grandfather decided he wanted to dance and asked me about our dance we were supposed to do. I asked DJ Spencer to sing the song we had picked out and he even asked all of the family to make a circle around us. Originally I thought it was in case my grandfather needed to sit quickly, there would be people around to help me hold him until we could get his wheelchair, but thinking about it now, it also ensured that my mom, sister and great-aunts had a clear view of the big guy on his feet and dancing! That moment meant more to me and my family than I can describe. Talking to guests after the wedding, everyone was raving about how talented and amazing he is! If you're looking to keep your guests on the dance floor and having fun all night long, DJ Spencer is the DJ for you! (He also sings!!!) Thank you so much DJ Spencer, you made our night amazing!

I first learned about Dance to the Music when I attended one of my good friends wedding and was so impressed. First off, you HAVE to book Spencer. I still have people reaching out ...

to me about how incredible he was. From 90's rap to todays hits, this guy can literally make any song his own, it added a whole new layer to our dance floor. As a 2x covid bride, my biggest concern was having our guests come out and enjoy the dance floor in which this team made it impossible to stay at your table. If you want people on your dance floor, THESE GUYS ARE IT. Not to mention, they also offer magic mirrors and photo booths options which we took advatage of. Our guests loved the photo booth. Jimmy was so easy to work with as we had plenty of last minute changes due to the omicron variant, but they handled it gracefully. 20/10, don't get a band, get these guys and you won't be disappointed!

Laura K

Jim was the absolute best! From planning logistics to the day-of, we could not imagine having a better DJ for our wedding. Jim personalized everything about our ceremony and helped...

us choose songs that fit us as a couple. The photo booth was so great and such a nice keepsake! Jim, thank you for everything - there is not a better DJ in Connecticut!

When it came to our wedding, music and photos were our main focus. You always want people to have a great time and dance the night away. We literally could not have asked for a bet...

ter DJ to be apart of our wedding. Our family has grown up with Jim and his family our whole lives and he has been waiting to do our wedding in Newport, RI. It was such an incredible night, we are so thankful for him and they his crew traveled all the way to RI for us. We got so many compliments on the whole night, especially the music. The dance floor was shaking! -The Daniello's

We are so glad we selected Jim and Dance to the Music for our wedding. Jim was great to work with, he was very responsive and when we had to postpone our wedding due to covid, it ...

was seamless. During the wedding, Jim had everyone up and dancing, and had great music recommendations while taking note of our favorite songs and genres. When we met with Jim to go through the details of the wedding day and to choose songs, he was great in helping to suggest songs where we were undecided. We had a great feeling during the whole process with Jim, he gave us nothing to worry about and he took great effort to make our day so special. I would absolutely recommend Dance to the Music!

Lauren K

I cannot recommend Daniel, James, and the entirety of Dance to the Music more!!! First, they were extremely collaborative and quick to respond. They were flexible with us as we had...

to move our wedding from 2020 to 2021, and they LISTENED (we had a lot of specific requests, that they took in stride and made an incredible wedding). They took what we requested and wanted, and then built on that 100%. Everyone at our wedding said the music was incredible, and people danced the whole night. We had a pretty big age range at our wedding, and Daniel did an amazing job of weaving together a ton of genres that worked seamlessly and got everyone on the floor. If you want amazing DJs that will get everyone on the floor, make your wedding fun, create the exact environment you want -- you should hire Dance to the Music. Our wedding was 100% our wedding, not just a generic playlist and we could not have done it without DTTM.

I can’t say enough good words about Jimmy and Dance to the Music Entertainment. My family had gone through a lot between our wedding being postponed due to COVID and my father sick...

in the hospital for 3 months. My dad wrote a letter to have Jimmy read to us. He put so much emotion into it and I had so many people tell us that the way he read it felt like my Dad was really there. He made sure we had the night we would never forget. He gave my entire family a night that we all really needed and my husband and I that moment we will cherish forever. I truly felt like Jimmy came that day to make sure we finally got a day to celebrate us and enjoy ourselves. Dance To The Music Entertainment makes sure you get your perfect moment. tThank you.

e Music Entertainment was truly amazing. We knew Jimmy was very caring, professional, and, most importantly, he treated us like family from our initial consultation. We immediately knew we wanted to book Dance to the Music Entertainment for our special day. Jimmy was extremely responsive and patient with us along the way and made the planning process much easier while trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic – we knew Jimmy had everything under control. He gave us great advice in creating a timeline for our wedding and executed it seamlessly. Jimmy and his crew kept the dance floor busy all night and did a great job mixing in all the songs we requested (especially the traditional Italian songs). They made our night unforgettable, and we cannot emphasize enough how great of a job they did. We highly recommend Jimmy and Dance to the Music Entertainment for your next event!

I couldn't give a better review, Spencer from Dance to the Music Entertainment was the star of the dance floor. He blew away all my guests with his singing, and all night long ever...

yone was asking where I found this absolute gem! He was polite and courteous, and kept the hits coming. The dance floor was never empty the whole night, we had to actively tell people when it was time to leave. DTTME was also a joy to work with in general; I had to reschedule my wedding twice due to COVID-19 and they worked with me every step of the way, making sure all our bases were covered every time. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing. What an amazing experience.
