are FABULOUS! Our wedding at Maritime was a dream come true. A true fairy tale! Do you know how we found your company? Matt went on The Knot to search for wedding planners because we had become too overwhelmed in picking a venue and needed help. He scrolled and found your company. He didn’t research anything, just picked randomly and inquired. Spoke to and emailed with Gabbi, and we felt like she really cared about what we needed and wanted to help meet our goals in all aspects. The next day we toured Maritime Park, and Jayd, the sales coordinator, gave us a sheet of recommended vendors. The Wedding Plan & Co was on there! We asked Jayd what she knew about your company (she loves you guys!), and we didn’t need to know anything more. To us, this was a sign, or as Sara likes to say “it’s a universe moment”. The random wedding planning company we selected on The Knot just got a glowing recommendation from our top venue choice?!?! Meant to be! Joy and Lexi are superheroes! Did you know they don’t need to go the gym because they can hold a bride’s bouquet for hours and not flinch? Who needs weights! They don’t need to do shoulder presses either when the bride wanted an extra foot added to her train, so her dress had a giant detachable skirt. That train never touched the floor. Super strength! They could also become the world’s best spies. Joy kept Sara’s secrets from Matt and Matt’s secrets from Sara and yet, still spoke to both of us every month for 9 months and let nothing slip. Lexi clandestinely drove instruments over to Maritime because no one was supposed to know that Matt’s band was going to perform. Somehow a guitar was planted in the ceremony so Sara wouldn’t know that Matt was going to perform his vows. Spy organizations should really recruit wedding planners! Joy and Lexi probably had the best scissor skills in school as they cut wood chips and bugs out of Sara’s dress after pictures. They literally sat on the floor inspecting every layer (5 layers?) of her dress and did this in record time. And then there’s probably a whole host of fires they put out that we don’t even know about because they are simply that excellent! Is there anything they can’t do? We cannot thank them enough! They both made our day a big success and a dream come true. A really huge special shoutout to Joy! We spent 9 months planning with her, and she is so fun and knows everything there is to know about a wedding! A really good wedding planner not only helps the couple plan, but also knows when to tell the couple to not do something because it’s simply not needed. Joy vetted all our decisions, kept us in line, and always made us feel like we were on track with our planning. We always felt so good after our power couple sessions! You have a great company and great employees. ^ Hopefully that helps you make your decision, the Wedding Plan and Co. are a fantastic crew of caring people.

Kayla was extremely helpful in wrangling all of our vendors, coordinating a "down to the minute" schedule so we wouldn't have to, and taking everything possible off our plate so we could focus solely on spending our day focused on each other, our family, and our friends. From our weekly meetings leading up to the wedding day, random texts and phone calls for anything that came to mind throughout the month, to the day of where Kayla coordinated between vendors, people, food, and everything in between (while working like she was 10 people), along with her assistant Luz, Kayla was extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. Kayla came to every meeting extremely prepared, and made our tasks leading up to the wedding clear and easy - that is, the few tasks that we had to be the decision makers for after she handles literally everything else. Our other vendors even commented on how much they appreciated and enjoyed working with Kayla. She had a confidence throughout the whole process that assured us we could trust her with anything we needed, and she blew it all out of the water! We cannot imagine not having Kayla with us on and leading up to our wedding day. It truly was such a pleasure to work with her and we cannot recommend the Wedding Plan & Co enough!

After helping coordinate a seamless morning with hair, make-up, food delivery & so on, she very literally accompanied my father to the hospital when an unexpected medical emergency arose 2 hours before our ceremony. She did not hesitate and was happy to do whatever she could to help ease my stress, overwhelm and pain at that time. Her energy kept me sane in that moment, and her assistant Nina stepped right up and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot articulate how confident I was that Joy would be my voice and advocate for my father the way I would have if I could have been in that emergency room. She did exactly that, and thanks to her, he somehow made it to the venue with 5 minutes to spare to walk me down the aisle. She then ensured the rest of my wedding night went off without a hitch. I seriously do not know what I would have done without TWP & Co/Joy/Nina on my wedding day. My family, myself & my husband will never be able to say thank you enough for all that they did for us leading up to the wedding and especially the day of the wedding. Joy, aside from being fantastic at your job, you are truly an incredible human being. We are so lucky to have had you, and I don't know how we could ever truly thank you in the way you deserve. Michelle, our wedding day went way smoother than I could have imagined - nothing went wrong! Michelle was the expert on all the details & logistics for our wedding, and she executed everything exactly how we envisioned. Here are the main examples where Michelle added value. Before the wedding: Michelle studied all of our vendor contracts. Michelle had weekly calls with us, where she gave us priorities and checked in on progress. Michelle led the final calls with our vendors. Michelle created a detailed timeline - which she executed flawlessly on the day of. On the wedding day: Michelle coordinated all vendors and made sure they had what they needed. During formal photos, Michelle & Kemma got each group queued up and ready for their photos, speeding up the photo shoot process tremendously. Michelle & Kemma bustled my dress and helped me change into my second dress. Michelle also handed out tips and packed up our decor/personal items after the wedding. All of these together (and more) were a HUGE help and will let you actually enjoy your day fully. I recently heard that a friend, another bride, was writing checks to vendors at the end of the night - but you will not have to worry about any unenjoyable chore on your special day when you hire TWP&CO. My husband and I felt special, relaxed, and like we were truly the guests of honor on our big day.

10 wedding at Perona Farms in Andover, NJ. We initially decided to forego hiring a full service wedding planner, as we were able to find vendors and a venue and were able to do most of the wedding planning ourselves. However, after doing some research into short-term planners, we found the Wedding Plan and Company and decided that it would be advantageous to have someone apart from the venue have an idea of how we wanted the wedding to go, as well as provide support, in the lead up to the big day. We first met with Victoria a month before our wedding day and right away we knew Victoria would be a superstar. She was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional that we immediately knew that it was money well spent. We immediately added Victoria to all wedding correspondence with our venue and our other vendors so she could quickly catch up to speed with our wedding vision. Victoria provided so many key services that helped the last month of wedding planning proceed smoothly, such as generating our wedding schedule down to the minute, disseminating that schedule to all our vendors, and providing full assistance from the start of our wedding day at 5:30am until the very end at 9pm. Victoria was easily reachable on the day of the wedding when all the craziness was happening and was an invaluable resource, whether it was ensuring that everyone was where they had to be at the right time, or providing essentials like tylenol or extra hair gel! We knew Victoria had our back no matter what happened during the wedding and because of that, we were able to fully enjoy the day stress-free! We couldn’t recommend Victoria, as well as her amazing assistant Kayla enough! There is so much coordination and final preparations that go into the final month before a wedding, and Victoria handled it all with such ease and her infectious positivity made it an absolute joy to work with!

There was so much care and thought put into pairing us with her, and we are forever grateful that we got to work with her. After a series of unexpected events, we felt like we needed some more help, so we added on a few a la carte services, like the decor & design package. This was the best decision we could have made because Gabbi was able to understand our vision (better than even we could) and help our vendors execute it FLAWLESSLY. The planning process was so seamless and enjoyable, and Gabbi really took away so much of the stress of wedding planning. We were genuinely so sad when we had our final meeting with her because we just enjoyed being in her presence so much. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Gabbi made sure that every element was perfect while providing immense levels of emotional support and attention. She truly deserves an award for wrangling our crazy bridal party, navigating some complicated dynamics, and making sure everything went so perfectly. 5 stars across the board. hing went flawlessly. I am a fairly OCD person and like doing things on my own - but you are naïve if you think a planner won't be the BEST money you spend for your wedding. I chose to meet 1 x monthly leading up to the wedding, and having access to aisleplanner + Gabbi was exactly what I needed to stay on track. Gabbi would bring up a lot of considerations on our calls that I wouldn't have thought of on my own, so it was a very helpful sanity check. I also chose to do the all-inclusive "month of" planning package, which **I could not recommend more**!! There are so many little details the last month that are impossible to prepare for, so having Gabbi was a lifesaver. She managed communication with all of my vendors, handled invoicing, and the day-of schedule/logistics. Gabbi made a schedule for all of my vendors, and my bridesmaids. On the day of the wedding, I was prepared for some things to go 'wrong'... since that's life and there's only so much you can control with a 300 person wedding. HOWEVER... I am not kidding when I say everything went according to plan (at least from my POV). Gabbi handled everything and made the day SO stress free - if anything happened, I had no idea since she was running the show. She steamed my dresses + bridesmaid dresses, pulled all of my details together for photos AND put them away, prepared my jewelry, grabbed me mimosas, kept everyone on schedule, communicated with all the vendors, packed up our entire bridal suite & my belongings... I really could go on forever. Please don't think twice about booking the wedding plan & co, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Gabbi.
