bility to provide reliable service. They did not keep record of my planner's email address despite it being 3 weeks to my wedding day and being copied on multiple vendor emails. The estimate had to be corrected many times, when I expressed concern Hollywood Event Rentals proceeded to blame me for changing my order. By "change" they should have said added because I increased the order by close to $1,000.00 which any company should be happy to do. Hollywood Event Rentals was 45 minutes late to the walk through and all other vendors had to wait for them to arrive.
The day before the wedding, I got a picture of the draping of my ceremony which was horribly off. I had to rush through my nail appointment and go to the venue to meet the setup team. Our planner had to print my reference and we stood there for over an hour directing them on how to drape it because Eliza did not give them the reference I sent 6 months before.
They also provided me with the wrong linens and the wrong podium, when I emailed them about this to get a refund, I never received a phone call or email back and STILL have not received any reply and it is 1 month after my wedding.
I highly suggest NOT going with this company, I don't think it is good practice as a wedding vendor to not provide a service that makes the process easier and assuring. I also do not think it is good practice to deliver an incorrect order and ignore your customers when they email you about it.

w months ago. I called to get their wedding party coordinator, and that's how I met Eliza from Hollywood Event Rentals.
From the very first meeting with Eliza we had a wonderful experience. Eliza was personable, friendly and extremely accommodating. She knew exactly the kind of affair we wanted, the best ever , Elegant, high end and very classy in a Beverly Hills .
We were very lucky to ask Eliza to do from A to Z including the flower arrangements. Eliza and her staff by far exceeded our expectations. All we heard at the party was complements and who did the design and coordinated your party ? The matching colors, the lighting , the elegant sit covers and table cloths and all the flower was extra ordinary.
They were the absolute best to work with! I would recommend having affair of any kind with Hollywood Event Rental.
P.S. The day of the event we had a 40% chance of rain at 11 AM we decided to have a 30x30ft wide tent ordered , I could not believe that she was able to order, and set up the tent in matter of 5 hours. Everyone of her employees went beyond call of duty to make it happen on time.
It was all Exceptional! Thank you Eliza for a party of our dreams; one we will never forget!
