Jessica and Michael were incredible in helping plan our wedding and truly helped make our big day above and beyond what we initially imagined! My husband and I both have very busy schedules and Jessica and Michael were extremely accommodating in being able to meet with us after hours and often on short notice. They were always accessible and responsive via phone, email, and in person. They were so thoughtful, detail-oriented, and involved in all steps of planning - taking our initial bare bone vision and developing it into an amazing day from beginning to end, while still keeping each detail feel like "us" and exactly in line with what we wanted the overall feel to be like.
They had great suggestions and contacts for all of the design details and vendors, and everything that they were involved in (from flowers/linens to cigar rollers/gelato cart) added such a special touch that all came together beautifully. We wanted so many different elements to our wedding (modern, non-traditional, yet still both elegant with a party vibe) that many planners would have found difficult to work with, but Jessica and Michael totally ran with it and really made it a perfect blend of everything. Thanks to their hard work, our actual wedding day was super stress-free - even when it rained that morning and we had to move the ceremony site to a different location, we knew they had it covered! We were able to have fun and really enjoy the entire experience because Jessica and Michael's hard work and organization. We can't recommend them enough and they are such a pleasure to work with...the best decision we made in our planning process was going with JCG Events!
I cannot give enough praise to Jessica and JCG Events. Jessica is absolutely phenomenal at her job and made planning our wedding in South Beach an absolute dream and, what's more, a lot of fun too!! She is all over every single detail and pulled together the day of our dreams. At some points, I think she understood what we wanted even more than we did! We were planning our wedding from the UK, which Jessica was completely unfazed by and via hundreds of emails and countless Skype calls she took such good care of us from beginning to end.
Jessica is attentive and 100% responsive. She always gets back to you in such a short time and follows up on all the queries you have with a diligence that is unbelievable. She is always open to ideas and never blinks, even at the crazy ones (like arranging for a plane to fly by straight after the ceremony!!). She tailored all of her recommendations for vendors perfectly and every single one she suggested we were absolutely delighted with. Jessica went the extra mile to ensure we had the best day ever, running random errands for us and we cannot thank her enough. She is also patient, incredibly calm, kind and one of the nicest people we have ever met. An absolute joy to have around during such a special time for us.
I should also mention Jessica's wonderful husband, Michael, who was also an absolute star. He and Jessica are an A class team and work together so well. They are also great fun!

I initially met with Jessica in the spring of 2012 to discuss the possibility of working with JCG Events on our upcoming wedding. After the first couple of minutes of that initial consultation, I knew that she was exactly who I wanted to work with to create the wedding that my fiance and I envisioned. A couple months after our first meeting, my husband & I completely changed directions and decided that instead of having our wedding at home in Miami we wanted a destination wedding in Italy. Completely unfazed, Jessica immediately went into full planning mode to design the Tuscan wedding of our dreams!
Planning a destination wedding in another country (especially with the language barrier) would appear to be a difficult task, however Jessica is so professional & organized that she made it seem easy! She worked tirelessly on planning not only our wedding day, but also on organizing various activities to keep our guests entertained over the course of the weekend. She would even wake up in the wee hours of the night to do Skype conference calls with vendors based in Italy - now that's dedication! We worked with JCG Events for roughly 8 months vetting nearly every opportunity for catering, settings, plates, invitations, flowers, and way more, trust me. Never once was Jessica annoyed by my intense desire for the perfect wedding. She made some amazing suggestions and was able to find many small touches which just made the day so spectacular.
Planning our wedding weekend was definitely a labor of love, and in the end everything came together so much better than I could have ever hoped for! Jessica took my crazy idea of getting married in Italy, and turned it into the most magical weekend of our lives. Every single element was planned with such attention to detail that her services by far exceeded every expectation that I had.
As funny as this may sound, Jessica is probably the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She has this innate ability to make you feel so at ease, and always has such a happy & positive attitude. She is always so calm and collective, I am just shocked at her ability to remain cool when its crunch time. Her husband Michael is a joy to work with as well. Collectively they make an amazing team with such poise and balance.
I cannot say enough about how phenomenal my wedding was, which is a direct reflection on the hard work and dedication Jessica and Michael put into this. I would recommend anyone I know and even don't know for that matter to engage JCG on their journey down the aisle.
What an amazing duo... Jessica and Michael of JCG Events! I had my ceremony at St Augustine Church and wedding reception at the Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens. From the beginning to the very end, from the sunrise to the sunset and into the wee hours of the night, it was a flawless execution of the first day of the rest of our lives. From hair and make-up, playing dress-up in the Villa Valentino, sipping Perrier Jouet, pinning boutonnieres and carrying bouquets, and photos through-out... I couldn't ask for a more memorable morning in a more rustic place. Vendors and venues - all taken care of. The limo was exactly on time. The ceremony was flawless, beautiful, and most importantly - organized and on time. The limo drove us through the scenic roads of Coral Gables to a back entrance into the Fairchild Gardens.... while the main guests entered through the South Gate and greeted and treated with a Ginger Beer Bourbon cocktail and tram ride through the gardens filled with Chihuly glass-blown art décor as the sun set over the horizon. We got a sneak preview of the wedding reception and we were in awe and speechless at how beautifully the tables and chairs were arranged, driftwood and succulents, champagne colored linens with Tuscan chairs displayed under café lights and soon to be a night sky filled with bright stars. Mirror coasters displayed the table numbers. A royal table with elegant place cards. An ornate framed glass with the anticipated dinner menu. String lights arranged like a star-burst. A one-tier cake & butterfly toppers, stationed on a mint green cake display. No details were missed, I could go on and on! Michael and Jessica were always just 10 feet away... directing us, guiding us through each step of the wedding, not wanting us to miss any details, leading us to the grand finale... like a well orchestrated play. We could not thank them enough for a more perfect, beautiful, elegant, rustic, eclectic, and whimsical wedding day! 5 stars! They transformed our thoughts, feelings, and ideas into a day beyond what we could ever imagine! Even with our super busy schedules, they were always available for us. They are prompt, supportive, creative, innovative, talented, and resourceful! You cannot go wrong with Jessica and Michael of JCG Events! They are amazing!
My fiancé and I worked with Jessica and Michael at JCG Events for month-of planning for our recent Vizcaya wedding. As NYers, we realized that having an extra set of hands to coordinate all of our local vendors was very much needed, and we couldn’t have done it without Jessica and Michael! The Masis were so lovely to work with, and were extremely responsive, organized and creative. They had fantastic suggestions for our wedding and handled everything from producing our detailed timeline, coordinating all of our local vendors, orchestrating our rehearsal to post wedding wrap-up. No request was too small or big, and the day would have been much more stressful without them! Working with Jessica and Michael was truly one of the best choices we made!!
I owe the success of my wedding event to these 2 wonderful planners! They are the true definition of professional wedding experts. Our South Beach wedding was a destination event as we live in LA. I can't imagine how things would have gone with out them. They are incredibly organized and truly talented at their job. And, I should add, very good at remaining unbelievably calm if the bride happens to have a minor meltdown. We are so lucky to have found them, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to have a seamless incredible wedding!! They go above and beyond and I can't thank them enough for everything they did.

Regardless of your budget, seemingly strange ideas, or odd wedding day fears, she never makes you feel like you are crazy or asking too much. Having Michael on board (whether for coordinating your event 100% or as an assistant), is the extra icing on the cake (ha!) because he often provides another perspective which is helpful. My Mom and I were very much a tag team the whole wedding process, and Jessica was very respectful of this, and worked with us both equally (My Mom, by the way, adores Jessica, which is an extra bonus!).
The personal touches make a world of difference, and the team made me feel special. The JCG crew even stopped by my job when my invitations were printed, because they were just as excited as I was to see them. LOVE THAT! As far as the day of the event, I honestly had ZERO worries, didn't even look at the super-detailed, down to the minute itinerary (sorry Jess!), because I knew I was in good hands. My wedding day was stress free.
Planning a personal event is so important, and coordination is not something to skimp on, especially for a wedding! Whether you are planning a wedding, sweet sixteen, quince, bar/bat mitzvah, baby shower, divorce party, or whatever, I can say with confidence that JCG Events will take care of you.
Obviously I am bias but I truly believe Michael and Jessica managed to create THE dream wedding. Their attention to detail was exceptional and I would highly recommend them both. They understood our tastes and concept from the start and created all what we had envisioned. We can't thank them enough for making our day so wonderful.
We would like to say a huge 'Thank you' to Jessica! She was amazing at planning our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with the final result. She was very diligent and accommodating with lots of creativity. We were particularly impressed with how she handled our long distance wedding - we live in London but our wedding was in Miami. She has a great know how of the Miami wedding scene and we were impressed with all the vendors she suggested. The quality of her work showed on our big day and that of her professionalism and responsiveness was demonstrated throughout the planning process. She's a fantastic person to work with and we recommend her to anyone local or foreign.
JCG Events and Jessica were truly a pleasure to work with. The time and care that Jessica took to help us refine our wedding vision and bring it to life was exceptional. Jessica helped us pick our vendors, went on site visits with us, accompanied us during our tasting, conducted our rehearsal on the day before the wedding, and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure that we felt like we were planning the wedding from Miami even though we were doing everything from Chicago. Everything on our wedding day was executed flawlessly, no doubt because of Jessica, her creativity, and industry expertise. Plus she is one of the nicest, most pleasant people you will ever meet. The entire wedding planning experience, from choosing the florist, the photographer and the DJ was super smooth because Jessica organized and oversaw everything. Jessica used Skype, Pinterest, email, and conference calls to make sure that we (my husband and I) and all the vendors were always on the same page. The fact that we were working with Jessica all the way from Chicago never mattered and we never once doubted that our wedding vision would come to life. Jessica is insanely responsive too– she always responded to emails and phone calls super fast! And if Jessica knew ahead of time that she would be busy for an extended period of time – like working at a client’s wedding – she would inform you well in advance so you would never panic wondering where she was or when she would respond to you. And on the BIG DAY, she completely takes over. You don't have to worry about a thing. She advises you on when vendors are arriving, where they will be, who they will be asking for, where YOU have to be and when, etc. She even ran some errands for us (we needed some special balloons blown up and could not get to a Party City). I also wanted a very specific bouquet on my wedding day and the vendor who was supposed to be creating it bailed rather close to the BIG DAY. Leave it to Jessica to find a solution and get that special bouquet made for me! Yay! I could go on and on about all of the amazing services that JCG Events provides. To sum up the experience from the perspective of some wedding attendees - Many of our guests commented to us the very next day that they have never seen a wedding with such attention to detail. Thank you for making our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives, Jessica and Michael. You guys are the best!
My husband and I are so thankful for Jessica's amazing work on our wedding. Jessica offered support and creative ideas throughout our planning process, oversaw logistics, and ultimately ensured that our wedding day was flawless. We encountered a number of planning challenges, and at every turn, Jessica was there to offer calm, sage advice. Her relationships with vendors and attention to detail were truly invaluable in finding solutions to these challenges, too. Jessica added so much to our big day, and I'd recommend her services to any bride looking to host an amazing event.
We had our wedding on October 6th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Brickell and it was an amazing experience from my first consultation till the morning after my wedding. All the staff members were very supportive and professional and they were able to take care of all the small details. Our wedding planner, Jessica Masi, was nothing less from PERFECTION! Her impeccable taste and knowledge of planning weddings was extremely helpful to me, due to the fact, that I wasn’t a picky bride. She helped to narrow my vision down to a wedding that both my husband and I would be happy with at the end of the day! Any questions we had were addressed and every aspect - from the location, linens, transportation, the food- everyone had compliments on all of the appetizers and the dinner, the set up, the bar, the wait staff, the ceremony set up - everything was really great. She handled all the details of our event perfectly and allowed us to have the best time of our lives while we joined our lives together in front of our family members and our closest friends. She was able to make everything look absolutely stunning and detailed in the courtyard, where our cocktail hour took place, as well as in the ballroom where we had our reception.
The highlight of my wedding planning experience was working with Jessica, with my busy work schedule; she made my wedding needs a priority as if she were planning her own wedding. I can't really find all the words to describe what an incredible pleasure it was to work with Jessica, but if anyone has the opportunity to use JCG Events, I would strongly encourage you to do so!
JCG was an absolutely outstanding throughout the entire wedding process. I was planning my Miami wedding from Orlando and was so comforted by how reliable and professional Jessica and her team was. I feel like there was no detail left unaddressed, no special touch that was missed, and mine and my fiances vision for our special day was carried out way beyond what we could have hoped for. I can't image having gone through the wedding process without this great team. My fiance and I still talk about how remarkable Jessica was with our very large, crazy wedding party and the unexpected rain on the day of our wedding. She was calm and smiling the entire time which assured me I could enjoy my day and not stress about the little things - something I'm so so grateful for!
I can not speak highly enough of the services provided by JCG events. Jessica and Michael are literally the dream team and I am so thankful that I hired them for our wedding this past June. Jessica is extremely efficient and on top of everything. I felt completely taken care of and my stress was immediately relieved the moment she started working. She took care of all the little details - things that I would never have thought about. Beyond being extremely terrific at what she does, she is so friendly and energetic to work with. The day of the wedding Michael was there taking care of everything - he is fantastic. My friends keep asking me if there were any last minute disasters or day of hiccups and I literally have nothing to report. From the moment I woke up on my wedding day I was taken care of. Michael made sure to come around and check in with all of us routinely - and created a positive, joyful vibe for the day. My husband was not sure about hiring a coordinator and he was so impressed and glad that we decided to. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring JCG events - the sooner the better...you will not be disappointed.
As a groom, I didn’t think that I’d be writing any wedding vendor reviews. However, Jessica and Mike went above and beyond any expectations that we had of a day of coordinator, I felt compelled to be the first male perspective on this review list. From the moment that Jessica became engaged in our planning process, you can tell immediately that she is incredibly efficient, assertive, detail oriented, attentive, and caring. My wife and I picked out all of the vendors prior to hiring Jessica, but when she entered the process, she immediately came in contact with all of them, put together a fantastic and detailed timeline for all parties involved for the wedding day, and ensured that everything would run smoothly and executed accordingly. In addition, she offered invaluable advice and input on various aspects of the event, assisted us with creating seating arrangements for the reception and rehearsal dinner, provided referrals for last minute items, and remained pleasant and calm throughout the entire process. In the days leading up to the wedding, Jessica even helped us put together gift bags for all of our guests, even going so far as stopping by Costco to pick up items for us (We are from NYC and had several items shipped to her office and Jessica went the extra mile to not only gather a few items for us, but she even delivered the gift bags to the respective hotels that our guest stayed at.)
On the day of the wedding, even though we had a possible weather scare (incredibly windy for an outdoor wedding), Jessica and Mike executed their plan to perfection, and our wedding day was absolutely magical. So for all of you prospective grooms out there, imagine an offensive coordinator putting together a vision, a game plan, lining up all the players in the correct places, and effectively performing at a championship level so that my wife and I could relax and enjoy our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better day of coordinator. Jessica and Mike truly added tremendous value, and if that weren’t enough, they are the nicest and easiest people to work with. We couldn’t recommend JCG Events enough!!
How do I even begin to write this recommendation... Thanks to Jessica Masi, and Michael Masi, our wedding turned out EXACTLY the way we wanted. Jessica is extremely patient and hears out all your ideas (no matter how odd they are) and is always prompt with a reply. JCG Events goes above and WAY beyond to ensure that whatever vision you have for your wedding becomes a reality. Jessica's patience and understanding is crucial for planning and actually makes the whole process quite enjoyable (it helps tremendously that she is easy to talk to, as well).

We hired JCG Events for our destination wedding in Miami Beach and cannot say enough about the wonderful job they did. Jessica, who is one of the sweetest people we have ever met, made planning everything from Boston easy & convenient by working on most everything via e-mail and phone, and we really felt like we had an advocate for us when we couldn't be there to meet with vendors in person. From helping us select excellent vendors that were in line with our aesthetic and budget to letting us ship down welcome bag items and decor to store at her offices, Jessica consistently went above and beyond in terms of our expectations. And coming from the Northeast, it can feel like area vendors are a bit slow to respond or on "Miami time" as we used to say, but this was absolutely not the case with Jessica. She was always quick to respond no matter what day/time of the week it was.
In terms of the day-of, Jessica and Michael literally worked from 7am to 1am the next day to ensure that our wedding day was just as we had imagined - and it was, thanks to their hard work, event management expertise, and creativity with design. They did an absolutely unbelievable job to make it the most spectacular day possible. We cannot say enough about their services and would highly recommend JCG Events to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Miami area.
Jessica is the absolute best wedding planner in South Florida. The professionalism and the ability to be prepared for anything was second to none. Hiring her was the best investment since she took care of everything and we were able to sit back and enjoy our special day. She made sure that our special day went flawlessly. Jessica is truly amazing at what she does. She gave my husband and I the dream wedding that we did not think we could have. I don’t think you can find a more professional or organized event planner out there. The vendors that she recommended were all top notch and easy to work with. The day of our wedding we saw Jessica in full force, working from morning to night making sure everything was a fairytale.
