ith Glen who spoke with one of our groomsmen who let us know they were not able to find an alternator on a Saturday morning. This happened at 12:30pm for our 2 ceremony. Bride needed to leave suite at 1:30 for church. To the brides surprise there was no party bus to pick her up and her friends and family had to scramble to get the groomsmen and bridal party to the church separately so they didn’t see each other. We were under the impression that they would be sending another limo as they had from 12:30-3:30 as we figured out rides to the church, had a mass ceremony and pictures after the mass. Shockingly there was no limo waiting for us outside. We called Glen several times to see if they were sending someone. They did not send anyone as there was a “miscommunication”. Leaving the bride and groom scrambling again having family and friends driving them around to the second location for photos and the reception. The did refund all money and gave us a certificate we can use until March 31, 2024. However, those will never make up the fact that we had no transportation on our wedding day.

wanted and accommodated my needs for the day even being flexible to some changes I made; and it was very affordable. And our driver, Larry, was amazing.....very professional and accommodated our request to stop at the waterfront for a celebratory toast between my husband, me, and our son and took us the long way to the venue. And if that wasn't enough, Larry picked us up at the venue later that night and ensured we had everything in the vehicle before leaving. A tremendous asset to the team for sure. It was a great experience from beginning to end...I would recommend this Limo Today to anyone.....I'll be sure to use them again. Thank you for helping to make our son's wedding day even more special and memorable.

The rides were on time, shuttles clean and drives felt safe. All went very smoothly on the big day, and we are so grateful to Glenn and his team! 10/10 highly recommend!

and then to the reception. We also set up a shuttle to go to and from the hotel to the reception for our guests. All of his vehicles were beautiful. They were spotless and well equipped with water and had a great sound system. There was a misunderstanding with the timeline that we were looking for to take pictures at the Church after the ceremony. The misunderstanding was not a big deal, we adjusted quickly and are flexible people. I only gave a 4-star rating as the limo driver could have handled the situation better. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect and we were very pleased.

ade sure everything was timely and ready. Come the day of our driver Craig was AMAZING!! I’m not sure how we would have gotten through the day without him!!! He called us the day before to confirm all details and reassure everything will go smoothly. Then through out the day he helped us with anything and everything that we needed!! He pretty much became our day of wedding coordinator and we are SO thankful we picked him and limo today!! Do not hesitate to book them!

They happily changed my schedule for me the one or two times I needed to shift my timeline and the office staff was super kind (note: I would recommend contacting them via phone for changes/confirmations). I personally spoke to both drivers (one driver for arrival before the wedding and another for departure at the end of the night) the night before the wedding to ensure everything would go well leading into the big day, and they were both very friendly and prompt. I didn't hear any complaints from our guests. All in all, great experience and would hire them again.

e and ran without a hitch. We were also very pleased with our limo bus, which had a bluetooth sound system, fun lighting options, and ample space. On a personal note, my father-in-law became severely ill shortly before our original wedding date, and would ultimately spend almost two full months in the hospital. We had to make the decision to postpone at the last possible second, weeks before our wedding. Limo Today were incredibly understanding and supportive in helping us move our date, during what was a very terrifying time for us and our family. Fortunately, my father-in-law recovered and was able to walk my wife down the aisle, and we are forever grateful to Limo Today for minimizing the stress we had about having to postpone.

plan and ensuring that the wedding party knew exactly where to be and when to be there. Our guests had a BLAST on the shuttles to and from the venue. My parents even booked a separate car to follow my limo, and all cars were on time and prepared based on the schedule provided. The only critique I would have is that the company is not always as responsive as we would have liked, and there was a small issue with payment (we mailed a check they said they never received, causing us to make a trip to personally deliver a check after our final payment date). Overall, excellent experience!

ings turn sour just weeks before their wedding. He delivered on everything promised. Dawn and Mary were just as wonderful. Their professionalism and prompt communication made the process so easy. Jerry, our driver, like everyone else was terrific. He followed the special instructions and the entire experience went off without a hitch. Would definately hire this company again!!!

ng after putting my deposit down. I had to call the day before my wedding to make sure we were all set and was sent contracts that day and was told I should’ve been sent them before. Our driver arrived an hour late to the hotel, myself as the bride and bridesmaids had to drive cars over to the venue because we were so late. The whole point of the shuttle was that we didn’t have to drive home at the end of the night. At the end of the night, the driver asked if I had a tip for him and I advised him I put it on the card I paid with and he gave me a hard time and complained there was a service fee when I put it on a card. Multiple guests mentioned that he was rude, he had no place being rude when he was an hour late. I am not sure if it was just the driver but I would not be inclined to use this company again.

ner, and Dawn in the front office. Trying to plan transportation during Covid was a nightmare but Glenn assured us every time we spoke with him (which was often!) to not worry he had us covered. He had us set up with several options and flexibility to swap out vehicles as the need arose as our responses came in. Limo Today had Choices of vehicles for all our needs and very competitive pricing. They were totally professional from day one and very responsive. What seemed like a daunting task at the onset with Covid, they made much more easy for us. We would highly recommend their services, not only for wedding day but whatever other limo services you need. We would definitely use their services again! Great folks to deal with and personable too.

reat. I told them I would get back to them as I was collecting quotes. I received a phone call the next business day asking about the rental, telling me the date was very busy, etc. and did I want the limo. I explained again that I would get back to them and not to call me. The next business day, I got another phone call which went to voicemail. 3 days later, I got another phone call! I called the owner back and started to complain about the constant calls. He basically cut me off and wanted me to cut to the chase. I started to address the lack of respect and he hung up on me. I have no idea how the service is, but if they won't respect a request to wait for contact, I can't trust how they will be come wedding day. Following up isn't a bad thing, but not 5 times in 5 business days, especially after being asked not to call.

irthday surprise my experience was nothing less then amazing. Glen contacted me from my initial email. He was so friendly funny and professional with alot of knowledge regarding party transportation. He offered me a deal I could not refuse.  Next I was connected to Dawn who had tons of patience with my busy work schedule and getting paper work done. She contacted me in a timely fashion regarding final payment in which she offered flexibility with. Then I was contacted by Larry the best, most kind and professional chauffeur. He was very accommodating and eager to assist me in surprising my son. His kindness and assuring words made us feel confident our son and his friends would be safe. He gave them full control and they raved about him upon their return. Now let me talk about the vehicle. We had the Mercedes party bus and it was amazing simply gorgeous.  The inside was immaculate, I mean shiny bold clean. Very well stocked with ice and water.  My overall experience was beyond what I ever could imagine. king my bridal party up for church. When it did arrive, it was not what we had agreed upon. I wanted an all white stretch limo. What came was a white limo with black cloth running along the top of the limo with a massive, gaudy American flag in the front of the hood. Not a look I wanted on my wedding day. The air conditioning did NOT work. And the auxiliary function to play our music also did not work. When I did call to complain, it was noted that the limo we had agreed upon had broken down prior to my wedding day and they agreed to make it better. However, after many repeated phone calls, nothing was done to accommodate for the lack of agreed upon service. No discount/refund. Nothing. Limo Today is more affordable, but do yourself a favor, do not put up with the headache.

We booked a stretch limo and two shuttles for our guests and everything went off flawlessly. Company was always easy to reach, the limo was clean, and the driver was great! One note is that drivers accept the next day's assignments the night before, so you'll receive a call the evening before the event from the driver reviewing the times and locations. I thought this was a great confirmation to ease the stress of the next day.

to their drivers and one of the drivers called me the night before my wedding and wouldn’t let me off the phone for 10-15 minutes as he explained his accident history and his plan for driving my guests (all of which was in my contract and did not require review). This was all despite me repeatedly saying I was at my rehearsal dinner and had to go. I found this call to be extremely inappropriate and intrusive. Lastly, as an FYI you have to hand the tips to the drivers at pickup so make sure there is someone you can trust to hand off the cash tip! Otherwise, clean vehicles that got my guests to the venue promptly and without any trouble! I would definitely recommend them but hope they communicate to their drivers that it’s inappropriate to call the bride unless there is a problem...

d guest shuttles for the day of the wedding. The trips went off smoothly and travel was simple. They gave us a free upgrade to a limo for the ride to the airport for our honeymoon. They allowed us to change the trips and the amount of transport we needed several times after our numbers changed. Definitely recommend and will use again!

They provided a well-appointed luxury bus so that my daughter, the bride, had room to spread out the long train on her wedding dress so that it didn't wrinkle on the way to the wedding ceremony at the church. The bridal party loved their driver Ron and the wonderful air-conditioning of the bus and a chance to eat and hydrate in between picture locations and the trip to the reception. The shuttle service provided by Limo Today to our out of town guests from the hotel to the reception venue (and back again) was efficient and timely and very convenient. They made enough trips to ensure no one was left behind! Some stress was taken off the shoulders of the parents since all payments were made before hand and the driver communicated with you on the day of service with his cellphone. The business office even let me pay tips in advance to be held for the drivers so that I had less envelopes and duties to worry about on the actual wedding day.

Truly above and beyond, and just made our special day that much better. Limo today was the BEST!

Limo that we booked that he said would have plenty of head room and fit all of our guests; was tight. it fit; but was not very roomy. The driver was also not the best. He gave alot of attitude for us asking him to stop closer to where we wanted to take pics; and then when we asked if he could pull up a bit so we didnt have to jump over the snow he gave some sass. Even our photographer was unimpressed.

Marc, the driver of the wedding party's limo, was super nice and texted me the morning of the wedding, and the driver of our shuttle also texted me the day before to confirm the plan. Both did a great job! I was a bit anxious because our limo broke down the morning of the wedding and was swapped for another, but Marc still arrived on time with a big white stretch limo. The short limo ride was a ton of fun and one of the highlights of our wedding day. I had a complicated schedule with different drop-off points, so after a bit of back and forth with Limo Today, I was able to correct the contract details and everything worked out according to plan!

start. Jim is one stand up guy! He was the driver for the Bachelor party as well as our shuttle. Everyone was impressed at how many trips and how fast the shuttle was running during our wedding. He is very professional and kind. I would recommend limo today to future brides in the Philadelphia area.
