due to extremely poor communication and unprofessional management by the owner, Michele (one “L”). Communication was excellent until I paid and signed the contract. After that, I had to repeatedly reach out—by phone and text—simply to find out who would be doing my hair and makeup. Despite asking 3–4 times, I was consistently told this information would be shared “a few weeks before the wedding.” On November 22, I texted again asking for confirmation and received no response for over a week, despite my wedding being less than two weeks away. I followed up again less than a week before the wedding, explaining that everything was paid but nothing had been communicated and that I was becoming anxious. Only then did Michele finally respond and call me. During that call, she told me Michelle (the stylist who had previously colored my hair) would be doing my hair and that “La” would be doing my makeup. I was happy to hear Michelle would be doing my hair, as she was excellent and very honest when she had colored my hair earlier. To add to her unprofessionalism, Michele (owner)made comments about the makeup artist, saying she was young and looked “a little messy because she’s a young mom,” but that she “should be fine.” This was concerning, especially since I paid for the Expert Soft Glam package, not the “Rising Star” (Not so expert stylist) option. Wedding day issues: • Michelle (hair stylist) called to say she would be running late because she had another wedding appointment before mine—something that clearly should not have been scheduled. • When I mentioned timing concerns since my hair would be wet and needed blow drying, she said this was not communicated to her by the owner despite this being the reason the owner added an extra hour for this and asked if I had a blow dryer (I was in a hotel room). • The makeup artist arrived and stated she was never told whether she was doing hair or makeup and had to confirm with Michele before starting. • She had only been told to bring a blow dryer and stopped to purchase one herself for the hairstylist. Ultimately, “La,” who was supposed to do makeup only, ended up doing both hair and makeup, and I never received the touch-ups included in my package nor did I have a dedicated stylist for each service which is what was promised, yet I still paid full price. After the wedding, every vendor followed up except Michele, which speaks volumes. I later learned from staff members themselves that this level of disorganization is common—one even said, “Welcome to my life. Imagine working for her.” To be clear: the artists were great and “La” was super apologetic for something that was not her fault. This review is solely about the company and its management. The staff would honestly shine more on their own. I strongly advise brides to look elsewhere if you want peace of mind on your wedding day. Total of the service was $397.80

Michele and her team worked their magic, taming my wild hair into the most stunning updo for the ceremony and then transitioning it into a gorgeous down hairstyle for the reception. Despite the chaos caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton, which forced us to switch venues and adjust some details last minute, Michele and her team were incredibly understanding, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did they make me feel beautiful, but they also provided flawless hair services for my bridesmaids. Michele’s pricing is more than fair, especially for the level of talent and artistry she brings to the table. I truly enjoyed being her canvas and witnessing her creativity in action. I am beyond grateful to have worked with such an amazing artist and would wholeheartedly recommend Michele Renee to all of my friends and family.

gh the course of pre-wedding trials, as well as on the day of the wedding itself, me and my bridal party had an exquisite and consistent experience. Michele Rene, Jordan and Erin were reliable, passionate, professional, caring and gentle. They were flexible and accommodating even with last minute changes, Their hair and makeup designs were clean and beautiful, bringing out the natural beauty of everyone from the bride to the flower girls. I will return again and again for my beauty and hair needs without hesitation. Hands down, I believe this firm to be the best of the best. wedding plans, was so knowledgeable about Indian and fusion weddings, and had such amazing contagious energy that brought all the good vibes to my wedding morning!! Her salon is so nice and she even played music for us while we got ready. I absolutely loved my hair and makeup and she made me feel so confident and beautiful - I felt like a Disney princess leaving her salon!! She is also so well connected and has lots of great vendors/partners to refer you to which is super helpful as a busy bride! Book Michele & her team for your wedding - you won’t regret it!! ed a trial about 6 months before the wedding and I loved it! I'm a makeup person myself and can be picky, I wanted a very natural version of myself. Pretty much get my skin and complexion to look flawless but light and natural rather than glam. Both the hair and makeup looked beautiful and stayed on all day long, so I booked her for my wedding. I had 5 ladies getting H&M plus me. Michele's team arrived early at the venue, even before me! And they wasted no time, everything was set up and ready to go to get started. While I and some of the bridal party were dealing with the last minute decorations and little things, the H&M team was rocking and rolling doing the hair and makeup of anyone available. By the time it was my turn, Michele was so amazing at calming me down, I was going 100 miles an hour and by the time I sat down everything slowed down! I asked for 2 color changes from the trial and she had no problem pleasing me last minute. Everything came out even better than the trial. I felt so gorgeous and so did everyone else. They did an amazing job with all skin tones and ages! Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous!! I partied my little butt off and got sweaty like I jumped into a shower yet my makeup looked flawless all night and my hair stayed on until I got to the hotel at 4am!! I can't recommend Michele enough!!
