uote right through the wedding night and beyond! The team is so friendly and ready to assist with any questions along the way. Even without a wedding coordinator we never feel like we were behind or forgetting something. We were able to call, text, and email to clarify details. Payments were done in an online portal. They sent us planning forms that walked us through all of the details and possibilities, and helped us think of things we may have otherwise overlooked. Individual vendors reached out directly and were easy to coordinate with over call/text/email too. I cannot give enough kudos to our vendors! By the end of the night they seriously felt like family and contributed to an absolutely awesome evening. DJ April was extremely personable and high energy. She ran the sound system for our outdoor ceremony, and directed the flow from the cocktail hour through end of reception. She asked for must-plays, try-to-plays, and do-not-plays ahead of time and mixed guest requests and her own playlist. We danced from start to close, and several guests told me that's the most they had ever danced at a wedding! By chance my brother-in-law booked her for his wedding later this year, and we can't wait to see her again! Photographer Pam was incredible to spend the day with! She has such a calm and fun personality that was so welcome on such a crazy day. She helped us compile a shot list ahead of time and diligently made sure our must-haves were done, but was also go-with-the-flow to capture additional shots and moments that popped up. At the time of writing we have not gotten our photos back, but based on the previews she showed us throughout the night we are SO excited to see the final results! Amanda from Beloved Art Design ran the photobooth and helped with our early consultation/quote process. She made the planning process easy and provided different style mock-ups so we could get photo prints exactly as we wanted. The photobooth was a MASSIVE hit and people were still talking about it days and even now weeks later! The booth was busy from start to finish and the photos are gorgeous. We did the Elite Experience package plus a memory book. Guests loved that they could take a printed photo home, have a copy texted to them, and also write a message in our guestbook next to our copy of the photo. We chose to do 3 photos on a 4x6 rather than typical photo strips and guests loved it! The album is such a fun memory to flip through and the quality of photos is amazing. So many guests immediately posted their photos to social media and several told me their photobooth photo is their new favorite family portrait. Overall the entire team was amazing to work with. It was great to have a team with so much experience to help plan your day. Their follow-through is top notch - if they say they will do something, you don't need to check in on them. And the peace of mind that they have backup plans and an emergency phone line in case something happens day-of is also great (though we thankfully didn't need it!). Cannot recommend them enough, and especially April, Pam, and Amanda!
