Regarding the music played at your event, you never asked us to change the music multiple times. We gladly played as many of your requests as possible and also fulfilled the audience's requests. We have a digital record on our laptops of all the songs that we played at your wedding, which confirms that we only played the clean versions of your requested songs. However, we must note that playing the clean version of a song does not ensure that some guests on the dance floor will not sing the original explicit lyrics of a song. As your wedding was running 70 minutes behind schedule, I deleted some activities from your itinerary to save time. We did this only after checking with you to see if you still wanted to do everything. We kept your guests informed of the activities so that they could enjoy your wedding to the fullest. Moreover, we helped your family and friends to navigate three different areas of your wedding venue. We would also like to point out that you only paid for the sound systems for two areas (your ceremony and reception), but 30 minutes before your ceremony, you requested an additional sound system for the appetizer and cocktail hour, which we set up free of charge! Finally, we would like to clarify that the contract you signed (which you have a copy of) clearly states that the final payment is due within the first hour of the event. Most of our clients pay the balance due within the first few minutes of an event, without us asking. We only requested payment from you at 10:30 pm, which was five hours after the start of your ceremony. We apologize if this caused you any inconvenience.
