Our vision was captured and carried out to a T. Their calm, confident guidance made the entire planning process seamless, and on the wedding day itself, everything ran beautifully!

We had passed appetizers and plated meals and the food and service were extraordinary. Our deposit also ended up being more than our final invoice because our head count dropped significantly and we were refunded the difference within a few weeks of the wedding.

They were on our required like from our venue that we had to choose from so that was how we heard about them first, they are a bit on the higher price side but nothing that was not reasonable for the type of event that we had. They also allowed for us to pick up our display linens early before they arrived to our wedding. While they have deadlines, there was times I was behind a day or two on submitting anything and they were completely reasonable and understanding. The food and menu choices are absolutely amazing and we could not have had enough compliments!

They also let us come in for a second tasting so we could get more options and see what worked for us and this meeting was the one the helped us plan our entire dinner. We had a buffet style and I heard not one negative thing from our guests about the food. It was all so delicious and amazing and the service was wonderful. Meagan was our coordinator for the day and she came up to me several times making sure I ate and had a drink or needed anything. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I still think about our wedding meal and wish that we could have it again because it was that good. We had appetizers served during cocktail hour and I honestly didn't try many of them because I was so busy, BUT everyone said they were delicious! I have recommended Zilli to everyone who is planning a wedding and would not look anywhere else for any other needs that I have. Thank you Zilli for helping make our wedding day perfect!

he guests loved that they had a private viewing of the Domes. We selected the family style meal with chicken and beef and the meal did not disappoint. All of our friends and family really enjoyed it. The bartenders and service employees were outstanding. Our guests never had to wait more than a few minutes for a drink which is key. Virginia and John were amazing. When I arrived to cocktail hour, Virginia already had a plate of hors d'oeuvres waiting for me while my mom/bridesmaids were helping me prep my dress for the reception. All night, her and John made us feel like royalty. They were very attentive to not only me but my family as well. Some of the best service we have ever received. Shout out to them! I will say we specifically asked that the heaters in the Greenhouse be turned off during the speeches and they were not. They would come on for a minute or two and then turn off and then start up again. It was very hard to hear where we were seated. Luckily we have them all on video. Overall great venue, great food and great staff!

She was even sure to help assist my sister in heating milk to feed my one-year-old nephew! We felt completely taken care of the entire night and our guests raved about the food. et up extra tastings for us, and walked us through everything. The Domes and Greenhouse were absolutely beautiful, however, they do not have a kitchen onsite. Everything had to be brought in partially cooked and were sous vided onsite. We chose plated dinner service to avoid guest standing in line with food and it being cold by the time they got to their seats. That being said the meal was very inconsistent. I had some guest complain their salad had too much salad dressing or they didn't have any at all. same with the sauces on the meat. One of my bridesmaids( who worked in food service at the time) complained her chicken was raw in the middle. I had other complain their food was cold. The vegetables were not cooked all the way through. According to my guests the best part of the hors d'oeuvres/meal was the pasta bar. I was not able to try the pasta bar as we were taking pictures. As I understood, someone was suppose to be attending to us at this time, that did not happen. We had an hors d'oeuvres table, we paid extra to have that option, and half of my guests were not able to have because there wasn't enough. the ones that that were able to have some were not impressed, The grilled cheese on the tomato soup shooters were hard, the ceviche had too much lime juice or was made the day before as it was overpowering and not very fresh. The dessert display was beautiful. The Bartending service was amazing. We had purchased the Ritz package, which included a champagne toast for all guests, I know of at least 3 tables that did not receive this toast including my bridesmaids and grandparents tables. I was told that I was not able to take any leftover food except for the wedding cake. Zilli's ending up throwing the cut cake away. They did this without asking me or consulting me, I really wanted my leftover cake, I am still upset over this almost a year later. When I emailed Zilli about this later I was told that I didn't provide any boxes for the cake so it was thrown away, I was not informed that I needed to have boxes for the cake, and if someone asked me about it I would have figured something out. However, there was no communication with me whatsoever. We had made diagrams on how the site was to be set up. This was not followed when my late night snack showed up. We had made to go donuts, which were meant to be set up in the hallway so guest could have them as they were leaving. This is not where zilli set them up. They put them next to the DJ which blew the fuses on both the DJ, and the donut machine. the DJ had a back up generator, thank god, but the donuts didn't. The had to go back to get a new fuse, which resulted in 1/2 hour of donuts instead of 2 hrs, and most of guests missing out on it. The whole night seemed very disorganized. I understand that things happen but when weddings cost as much as they do, you expect to have those things be minimal. these things were not minimal. I was led to believe the Zilli group had worked the domes many times before, and my experience seemed to say the opposite. TL;DR: Great space, very good bartenders, inconsistent hors oeuvres, and main meal, good pasta bar, threw away leftover wedding cake, blew fuses which led to very little late night snack.

flavorful. We had several guests with allergies and Zilli Hospitality took this very seriously. We had no issues which we really appreciated. Their desserts were also incredible! The Zilli serving staff was so attentive to not only myself and my husband but to our parents’ table as well. The chef even came out to make sure everything came out the way we expected. We felt so taken care of by the staff. Zilli did everything possible to make our day special. I would book Zilli Hospitality again and again.

We loved that we could have one vendor handle so much for us as we opted for cocktail hour appetizers, dinner, and their dessert bar. Although email replies could be a little bit slow at times they made sure that all of my questions were answered and I was confident in them leading up to our event. At the reception we had so many guests compliment the food and dessert bar/coffee station. The staff came up to us several times throughout the night to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the food/service. We are so happy we went with Zilli and would 100% recommend them for your wedding!

They also only had one hour to flip the venue from being public facing to when guests arrived and they were incredible. Super hard working, fast, and everyone I spoke too was really friendly. Our wedding coordinator mentioned it once to the staff to make sure my wife and I got to eat, and all of the staff was great about checking in on us. My only negative is because the communication wasn't always great. In three years, we went through three different people who were specifically working on our wedding (which is to be expected when it's that far out but a little jarring and hard to create deeper connections). They also were sometimes slow to answer emails/answer questions — for example, when confirming time for our final walk through, I was not aware that someone from Zilli's wouldn't be coming until I called/emailed day of. But, I don't rate it lower because I know I wasn't always the quickest with my responses either so I want to be fair. Regarding their food: we went with small bites and a buffet through them (and a drink package, with signature drinks) and we were complimented all night long. The food was so good and it was so easy to work with them. My wife is gluten free and the chefs made sure to make all our mains were gluten free so she could eat everything. They also had great vegetarian/vegan options that were brought right to the guests' table! We were so impressed and several guests went up for seconds. Also — my wife doesn't drink and when we were working on signature cocktails, they had a variety of fun mocktails to choose from! They were so thoughtful and again, they made sure we got to eat in the chaos and made sure to bring us all the small bites several times during pictures.

They're very flexible in working with what you want your day to be and provide lots of options and guidance to help get there. The staff on the day of our wedding were so attentive to ours and everyone's needs, and the food was great. We couldn't have asked for better partners for such an important part of our big day.

On the day of the wedding we couldn't have asked for a better team! Virginia was there asking us if we needed anything from the second our ceremony ended. They brought out a plate of our hors d'oeuvres while we were taking family photos, which was greatly appreciated since we were pretty hungry. Chris, Char, Virgina and the rest of the Zilli team went above and beyond to make our night special and made sure everything we needed was handled. Although Terrace 167 had their own bartenders, they still got is drinks when we needed. They even had drinks ready for us at the head table after the grand march. I would choose Zilli's again and again, no questions asked.

The only negative to note was that my favorite entree was a chicken with a light crust on it, however day of the chicken was dry and didn't seem to have much of the crusting we were expecting. There also weren't a lot of vegetables on the side, which surprised me. Other guests also mentioned to my mom that the chicken was dry. The steak and the vegetarian veggie boats were both great day of. The appetizers day of were the stars of the show in my opinion, and the desert stand at the end of the night was great as well. They were also able to help us create a charcuterie board appetizer that paired with a bunch of wines and beers during the cocktail hour that were fun for guests to try. All in all it was a great experience.

nal decision. We had a couple of hesitations, but they had us come in for a second tasting which helped answer all of our questions. Elizabeth was always extremely helpful and quick to answer via email. We made menu changes a few times before the event, and this was done without any issue. The service at our wedding was exceptional! There were servers constantly bringing us anything we requested and they were all quick to help clear anything. Our only complaint was that our favorite appetizer was taken off the menu shortly before our event, and the appetizers were a bit underwhelming in general vs. our initial tasting. The buffet food was good - although not quite as hot as we would have liked it to be. The mac and cheese was everyone’s favorite! The table linens looked incredible and everyone did a wonderful job setting up the space exactly how we envisioned it to be. All in all, Zilli’s is a terrific choice for catering at your event and you will not regret choosing them!
