Spring was the perfect time for our wedding at The Vault. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. Our friends and family haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful the space was, and it made for some amazing photos. The food was delicious, from cocktail hour through dinner. Everyone we worked with, including Ashley and Morgan, were helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We’d definitely recommend The Vault for your event if you’re considering it.

Our wedding at The Vault was magical! It is the perfect spot for a downtown Tampa wedding and has a very historical and classy feel. Norma, the event manager, is amazing and was so helpful through our whole planning process.

The Vault is a stylish Art Deco wedding venue located in the heart of the downtown arts district in Tampa, FL. This Neo-Classical space was built in 1923 and was originally known as The Exchange National Bank. It has since been modernized, infusing the building with a contemporary feel. Ceremonies and receptions can both be held here, alongside elopements and vow renewals. With its soaring 30-foot high ceilings, The Vault exudes a sense of space and airiness. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the elegant spaces with natural light, perfect for indoor photography. Through these windows, you and your guests can marvel at the breathtaking views of the Tampa skyline. The Vault offers both an indoor and outdoor space where you can host your festivities. Our private park area is perfect for cocktail hours and end of the evening grand exits. Before the ceremony begins, you can finish your preparations in the venue's get-ready space. Various event amenities are offered to help streamline the planning process. This includes catering, bartending, and a selection of rental items. Some of the rentals at your disposal include tables, chairs, drapery, and audio equipment.

I wasn’t given the opportunity to book the venue until it was too late, due to lack of communication from Morgan, one of the event coordinators. However, James was very personable...

, and I had a good experience touring the venue with him. Ashley was apologetic after I received subpar service. Overall, my complaint is that Morgan was difficult to work with, which may be quite problematic when planning a large event at this venue, as she is an event coordinator. The space is wonderful, and I would have loved to have hosted my event here, but sadly Morgan dropped the ball and I had already paid another venue in full by the time Ashley contacted me.

re very helpful and communicative. Casey and Ronnette were very helpful in the contracting and site visits stage, and James was a DELIGHT. He was incredibly easy to work with and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of - during a walk through in December, I noticed the mirrored bar from the Vault of Souls event and absolutely fell in love with it - James was able to get this bar for our events. The entire staff worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and ensured that everything was in place and taken care of without needed any follow up from us. The upstairs balcony space was a nice area for our guests to take a breather from the nonstop dancing on both nights, and the vault in the back of the main hall was an excellent space to set up a "photo booth." We held our cocktail hour before the reception in the courtyard with bistro lights strung between the trees - it looked beautiful and romantic. The reception after party was at the conveniently located (and owned by the same management as the Vault) Gin Joint -- which is a gorgeous, 1920s, art deco kind of bar. 10/10 would book the Vault again.
