The entire team at Midtown Jewelers is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable! I brought them my wedding band and engagement ring to be soldered together and the results ...
exceeded my expectation! The service was done quickly and at a fair price. I will continue to use them for all of my jewelry needs in the future!
We’ve had a great experience with Midtown Jewelers. Lynn worked with us to create a customized ring design that was exactly what we were looking for!
We live local and used midtown jewelers when a small diamond popped out of my engagement ring just about a week before our wedding. I bought the ring through brilliant earth and un...
fortunately their process for repair didn't work for my timeline (mail it in, 3 weeks to fix, and another week to mail back). Lynn answered my call and immediately was kind and calm. The day before thanksgiving she told me to come in on Saturday. I offered to come in that day even though I was out of town but she insisted I enjoy my holiday and come in Saturday. The jeweler fixed it the same day. I went in at 10am when they opened and it was on my hand by 4pm that day, fully repaired, cleaned and re-sealed. The cost was covered by our insurance but it only costed just over $200. HIGHLY recommend for their cost value, AMAZING customer service and efficiency.
I will be going back in the future for other services!!!

e right jewelry and diamonds that would work with your budget. I have gotten an engagement ring, wedding rings, and most recently an anniversary gift all at Midtown. Lynn and team do not disappoint and actually feel like you are part of the family.
In addition, I have referred family members to Lynn at Midtown, and again was able to satisfy their needs for engagement and wedding rings. My family will not doubt be coming back again in the future!
Overall, I highly recommend Midtown as they have a great team, great selection, and flexibility to work with your wants/needs.

Would definitely recommend visiting them, as they will definitely take care of you and help you find something perfect in budget and what you are looking for.

y sell to make money, but actually cares about your investment and happiness. My then fiancée, who is now my husband, was originally referred by my brother-in-law. He had no idea what to look for but Lynn’s a lifesaver! We’re so in love with our purchases! We proudly referred Midtown Jeweler to my brother who’s about to pop the question, who as well found the perfect ring in a breeze and would keep referring them to everyone! :)

ld not have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Lynn was able to show us a wide range of options, always with insight to make sure that we were guided towards what we wanted. She struck the perfect balance of offering her own knowledge and opinions while always being careful to keep our preferences in mind. In the end Lynn helped me get exactly the ring that my fiancé had in mind, and made it an enjoyable experience to boot. I definitely will recommend Midtown to any friends who may get engaged in the future! Thanks again Lynn and co!
I cannot say enough positive thing about Midtown Jewelers and Lynn for her help in picking out the perfect ring. She was attentive, patient, and her enthusiasm made the experience ...
all the more enjoyable!
I came in explaining what I was thinking in terms of stones and settings, and they were able to order a couple of stones to compare so that I could determine what it is that I wanted. Lynn was also incredibly helpful in explaining what customization options I had available to get the setting just right, with photos and examples. Beyond the engagement ring, bringing my fiancé in was another incredibly positive experience as we spoke about next steps. Cannot wait to continue working with Lynn to choose our wedding bands!

refreshing to work with someone as helpful and knowledgeable as Lynn. We discussed the style that I was looking for and she was able to provide options that were exactly what I wanted. Thank you for all of your help!!

esigns as well as recutting the old diamonds, and even as the pandemic hit never stopped exchanging emails though the shop was closed. My fiancé and I are now getting our wedding bands through Midtown as well, as they open the shop now by appointment only. We were even able to get my fiancé’s engagement ring resized while we were at the store looking at band designs, and they gave us a lovely gift basket for our engagement! Bobby and Lynn have been a pleasure to work with every step of the way, I can’t recommend them enough.

They were so thorough throughout the whole process, never trying to upsell or push us in another direction. h. After he got a basic layout, he printed out the specifications for her ring. I decided to shop around due to the size of the investment and went to a multitude of different jewelers including a major competitor in Tysons. I found the major competitor pushy and standoffish and the other jewelers were just flat out unable to acquire the type of diamond I wanted for her ring. After mulling over the pros and cons (including bang for the buck), I ended up purchasing her ring from Bobby at Midtown. We also purchased her wedding band as well as my wedding band from Midtown. My ring was no easy task due to my requirements for its weight and uniqueness. Bobby pulled it off spectacularly.

o fit perfectly with the engagement ring to create a symmetrical design. Lynn Ferguson helped morph my idea into a full design and we iterated to get it perfect. Once the ring came in, it was absolutely beautiful and my fiance loves it.
The price was about what I expected. I wouldn't say I got a bargain, but you have to pay for quality and this ring was worth every penny. It will become a family heirloom, and you can't put a price tag on that.
