Our wedding was 5/25/25, and we were initially thrilled with the photography and videography. We got to sit down, see our photos, and we were really excited, they looked great. Whe...
n we watched our video, we realized that a few important things were missing-one of us walking down the aisle, part of both of our vows, and most of our officiant's speech. We reached out to Chris, who said he would find out from the videographer if there was an uncorrupted version. We went back and forth setting up the photo album we paid for, waiting for Chris to find out any information about the video, and we had an issue with the link to the website where we could submit changes to the album and emailed Chris in November 2025. No response. We emailed again December 2025. No response. We tried calling and texting, with no answers, until March 2026 when we said we would go to small claims court, just to get the money back for the video, $700, not even for the photo album. Then we got a response, which was that the amount of time missing from the "intro" would not warrant a full refund, even though we were only getting the 15 minute ceremony taped and significant sections were missing. He offered to give us a $799 print package to make up for the video issue, which we did not want after all of these issues. We repeated that we wanted a full refund, with no response. We just reached out again today, 6/7/26, and repeated the issues. He said that our album was waiting on the website, and I repeated that we were unable to access it and that we had emailed in November with that issue and still wanted a refund. He responded again saying that the album is online and that there would be no refund. I am tired, and we still do not have a video of our wedding day.

g. We had an unexpected death in the family the week of the wedding and they were considerate and accommodating in the midst of those mixed emotions. We are so impressed and pleased with the final product. And the highlight video has been a great way to share part of our day with people without making them watch the 1+ hour video. We weren't initially planning on including a videographer in our budget, but having those moments with family and friends on video is something we'll treasure forever.
Chris and his team do a great job and their passion for what they do really shows. We had a great time working with him!

help us with so many things we were absolutely clueless about. Chris was our photographer for both our engagement shots and our wedding day. I cannot tell you how beautiful both sets turned out! Chris really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and does whatever it takes to get the perfect shot. He shot our engagement session outside on location making them truly special. His ability to to work with light, the surroundings, and composition made for some truly stunning shots. On our wedding day, he went far and beyond to create unique and unforgettable moments with our wedding parties, families, and guests. Chris really went above and beyond our expectations. His enthusiasm, dedication, and eye for photography has allowed us to have such a beautiful collection of memories from our special day. We are forever thankful!
Chris was absolutely amazing! From the beginning of our engagement shoot to the very last snap he made my husband and I feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. We are g...
enerally very private people and don't normally show much PDA, but Chris was able to bring it out of us and make the whole experience fun as well. Chris is totally nuts and insane, but I LOVE IT! He brings so much energy and enthusiasm, as well as creativity. He doesn't stop at the traditional, and in my opinion often tired and boring shots, but goes for ironic pictures and takes chances to try and get the best possible picture that he can. And he succeeds! We couldn't be happier with all the amazing photos that we got to choose from. There were so many that we loved that it was hard to narrow it down for the album and extra photos we wanted. Would definitely recommend Studio 3 to anybody looking to get portraits done for ANY occasion.

red some of the most priceless moments with our families and made taking pictures so much fun. We had a big wedding party and his ideas were wonderful! We were supposed to do outdoor pictures, but the weather wasn't cooperating so we quickly changed plans and did indoor pictures. Ken still made us feel comfortable and kept the mood happy! Our church pictures, indoor pictures and reception pictures turned out amazing and so stunning! Now, we have a little boy and just went to Studio 3 for newborn pictures! We will continue to go through them for all of our photography wants in the future. Definitely the place to go for your wedding needs! Truly wonderful!

I would keep on looking. I don't know how or why I am the only one with a not so good review. My only explanation is because I trusted them too much. I never got married before, as...
most of us probably haven't and I thought they just knew what to do.
I have no pictures of the Bride and my father that's not dancing. I have no pictures of my cake by itself. I have no pictures of my centerpieces or the head table by itself. They were very pushy and very rude to some of my family who were trying to take their own pictures. For what I paid, I expected A LOT more than what I got.
