We had the Oaks cater our food, and it was delicious! Aside from our guests telling us how beautiful the venue and day was, everyone raved about the food! I highly recommend having the Oaks cater your next event! It was fabulous! We will always remember this day and just how wonderful it all was.
They have a getting ready room too, which is great for the entire bridal party to be together before the ceremony and get hyped up!
The only piece of advice I feel is warranted to future brides are to use my vendors- especially The Oaks Golf Course. If they're booked on your planned date, change it. With how ma...
ny events they have hosted, they know exactly how to plan and execute a seamless day. A common answer I would get when asking questions would be "don't worry about it, we got it" and the confidence they showed made me so trusting in them and their process. From how collaboratively they work with the other vendors, accessibility to visiting and setting up, and their honesty with calculations of food and drinks they made planning so easy. I know sometimes people say "hire a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator" even if the venue has one, but that is 100% not necessary here the staff are your coordinators and are very invested in your day. I'll end it here, but let's just say I could go a lot longer talking about how wonderful this venue is.

All our guests RAVED about the food and keep reaching out to tell us how beautiful the venue was! We had so many amazing photo opportunities and it was truly the PERFECT day! Guests loved having the ceremony and reception In one place and there was so much flexibility to really make the space our own! Staff listened to all my requests and followed my itinerary to a T. We also loved the tasting event they did with many of the other wedding couples to give us all a chance to try out their dishes! Our guests were impressed with how open and grand the arbor tent was, how large the dance floor was, and they loved the food catered by The Oaks. We had a large wedding and there was hardly ever a line at the bar because their bartending staff was on their game too! She assured us the previous catering, photographer, and DJ vendor would all be welcome there and that the team at The Oaks would be able to do set up and take down for us as that was a major selling point of our last venue. When Covid hit Melissa worked with us through rescheduling our date and stayed in contact with us to make sure that everything was on track. The ceremony arch overlooks part of the golf course and the sun sets behind the arch, which made for gorgeous sunset photos. Melissa and Katie, the event coordinators, are also outstanding. They are so organized but very laid back, which helped keep me calm in the stress of planning. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had and made sure the day went perfectly. We did not have to worry about anything knowing I had them helping us with our day. I would absolutely recommend this venue, or any other venue Melissa and Katie are apart of.
