e broke down on the way to the hotel. No one contacted us to let us know, and instead they sent a 10-person shuttle and a car to pick up my 80 guests. They were accommodating in that they made many extra trips and sent extra cars, but a bigger bus would've been helpful for this many guests. Because of this mishap, my guests arrived at the venue over an hour early. My dad also last-minute ordered an additional car for my 2 grandmas, which he was overcharged for. We've been trying now for 2 weeks to contact Sue to work out a refund, and she has ignored us. I don't recommend this company.

d. They made two trips to and from the hotel and venue to make sure we got everyone who was staying there. Would definitely suggest using them for those who have a lot of out of town quests staying at hotels to get them to the venue.

We booked a party bus to take my bridal party from where myself and the bridesmaids got ready, to where the groom and groomsmen got ready, to the venue, and then to the hotel to pick up our guests and bring them back to the venue. We also booked a shuttle to take hotel guests from the venue to hotel at the end of the night. After booking, we were told for spending a certain amount of money, we would be given a complimentary ride to the airport for our honeymoon (which arrived promptly at 4am the morning we left, and got us to the airport in plenty of time in a very nice SUV). The day of the wedding, the party bus was early and the driver was very friendly. He was helpful during the first look, helping the photographer communicate with me when it was time to come out, and even helped direct traffic on our street, as we took some pictures in the street with the fire truck from my husband's local fire house. The hotel guests loved being picked up in the party bus (which was very spacious and comfortable) and were all at the venue on time. At night, we were very pleasantly surprised to see that we were upgraded from the shuttle we had reserved, to having the same party bus bring us to the hotel! I would highly recommend Trans-Star to any bride!

so relseasing hot fumes into the bus which caused me and my bridal party to feel sick. On top of the fact that we were already annoyed because the bus was dirty when we got on the bus which is completely unacceptable. This was the biggest day of my life and the one negative was my experience with my transportation. I attempted to call the company multiple times and have not not received a call back. What an unprofessional company with no respect to their clients. I was also overcharged for time when it was their fault because the bus broke down 5-6 times. This company is absolutely awful and I would not wish this experience upon anyone. STAY AWAY !!

great condition. The cars were on time on the day of my wedding and the drivers were very professional. The only thing is to make sure that everything that is promised in the contract is honored on the day of the wedding. Our contract states that our limos we have soda,beer, water, and champagne and only one limo had beer besides the water and soda that was in both limos. Also, was promised a red carpet for after the ceremony for one of my limos and there wasn’t one but it was raining that day. Overall good company and very reliable and would highly recommend to other people.

The buses were early every time and the drivers were so kind and helpful. The driver of the party bus even helped to coordinate my procession at the church - he went above and beyond! I was nervously sweating (plus it was 80 degrees) and I asked the driver to make the bus freezing cold and he did - it was wonderful for me, in my giant layered dress! I can't speak highly enough of this company for their service on the most important day of my life. They were so professional and helpful, including all of the people I met with prior to my wedding. Katherine was wonderful as I made changes even during the week of my wedding for the game plan. They were accommodating and flexible with me. We dropped off boxes a few days before the wedding of goodie bags for our guests to be given out at the end of the night and all worked out great with that also -they held onto the bags until the wedding and then stowed them under the buses during the day and gave them out to our guests once the party was over. We're excited to use our free car service to JFK for our honeymoon soon!

York Skyports Marina on 23rd Street in Manhattan and back to Glen Cove over the course of our wedding day. Taryn Hewitson, their wedding concierge, was excellent to work with. She was very responsive and professional, answered all our questions, and helped guide us through the process. The price was terrific and it was helpful that tax and tip were included in the final price ahead of time. The bus arrived and made all the stops right on time, was clean and comfortable, and the driver was personable, very capable, and navigated the city and all the stops with ease. We would absolutely recommend Trans Star Executive and Taryn to anyone looking for larger group transportation services in the area. We were very pleased with their service.

shuttle numerous times in front of the hotel while we were already running late trying to get to the venue. Luckily it probably took about 10 minutes and it was able to start as well as safely get us to Venetian. This was extremely stressful in the moment, but we have a good laugh about it now like go figure this is our luck. When people say things will go wrong on your wedding day, this is the silly stuff they mean!!

-12 pack of bud light and 1 bottle of wine and a few sodas. So basically there wasn't even enough for 1 beer per person. We had to waste 40 minutes of our 4 hours to go on a beer run. I don't know if there was a mix up or something but I thought i paid for drinks for 40 people and got 1 beer for 12 people. Other then that the bus and staff were great, but i felt like i was lied too about what a "fully stocked" bus should have for 4 hours of partying. So other then having to spend an extra 100 on alcohol, the rest of the service was fine.

The bus itself was clean, with waters and other beverages ready for us after the ceremony. If you are looking around for a limo company do not look any further! I had heard horror stories about limos showing up late, or not at all, rude drivers etc etc, but dealing with Tran-Star was exactly the opposite! One of the easiest vendors we dealt with, I would highly recommend!!!!
