From our first meeting with Rodolfo he was very kind, with good vibes, and very important, responsible. He took the time to talked to us and make sure he understood exactly what we were looking for and the concept of our wedding video. After that we sign the contract and everything with him was smooth and an easy process. The day of the wedding!! OMG, they couldn’t have been better… They were on time, super friendly with all the guest and family… We had lots of compliments from our friends, saying how nice the videographers team were. After the weeding they were always in communication with us to inform us of how the video was going and what the time-frame for the delivery of the video was. They had a small situation where they couldn’t deliver the video right away, but honestly we didn’t care and told them to please take the time they needed to do a good job… But actually they didn’t take long at all. The time was right! I was very picky with all of my vendors and this team was just the easy one to work with!! When they deliver our video, as I mention at the beginning of this review, we were speechless, and very pleased. Thank you Rodolfo and Monica, you guys ROCK and are an AMAZING team. I will always recommend you guys and wish you to continue to bring to life thru videos and photography one of the most important days of people's lives. Before we decided to contract their services, they sat with us to explain their packages and showed us their previous work. We did not feel any pressure during the meeting, and they listened to our preferences/ideas. Rodolfo is very approachable and always responded all my calls/emails in a timely manner, providing me an enormous peace of mind. Additionally, Rodolfo requested to visit the church in advance to prepare for the day of ceremony. This showed me the level of commitment Rodolfo has toward capturing the best images possible. The day of the weeding, either while getting ready, during the ceremony or while in the reception, I never felt pressured, or distracted by the photography; they captured all the landmark moments as well as many other special moments, including things that I missed myself. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. I highly recommend PixelToaster for capturing your special day, they will excel at it.

We have one remaining shoot which I envision will be less photojournalistic and more of a creative, styled shoot! On another note for any bride reading this: If you envision any Pinterest inspired shots (which will never compare unless you ARE that Pinterest shot) make sure to show it to the photographer, or make a list of certain styled pictures you want! That is the only thing I would have done differently and made sure to share. Completely overlooked this aspect.

We live in Tampa and they even came to us to do our engagement photo shoot, which was very much appreciated. This was already an indicator of their service. In our meeting they showed us their work and told us about what they do. One of their policies is that they only book one event per weekend, so they are rested and ready for your event, and they even book a hotel and stay in the area to prevent any "day of shenanigins" They are professional, down to earth, very easy to work with and very talented photographers. Their passion for photography and dedication to the success of their business is apparent and it was truly a pleasure and easy to work with them. Rodolfo and Monica made an appointment to meet with us at the venue a month before the wedding. From what I hear from other brides, most photographers only show up at the venue the day of and scope it out. Once again these two prove their dedication. They did an excellent job the day of, they were calm and collected, professional, pleasant, and experienced in what they do. They have a great approach to running their business. They do NOT nickel and dime you like other photographers do. You get access to all of the pictures they take for you (no tacky charges for YOUR photos like some photographers), they do not charge for extra hours at your event, they are there for the entire show. They even hand delivered the album to us. Our pictures turned out beautifully and we have those memories to cherish capturing the emotions of that special day. Rodolfo was easy going about the changes I requested when working on the album and the entire process of working with them from start to finish was tasteful, pleasant, and stress free. They captured moments that I was not able a part of that day (i.e., my husband getting ready with his groomsmen, guests arriving at the church, cocktail hour, etc.) They met with us prior to the wedding to get a feel of who we are as a couple, our likes, dislikes, taste in music, etc. They also went to the church days before to see what they could and could not do, so there were no surprises the day of. The best part was receiving the final product only a few weeks after the wedding! I thought it would take months. These guys are truly creative & make wedding videos not what they used to be. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE who wants to have their wedding taped with unique editing & exhilarating cinematography! A+!!!
