On our wedding day, the bartenders were organized and so helpful! I panicked during cocktail hour when I saw the line get long, but holy crap did they clear the line so quickly! I was so impressed by how they managed the night. Beyond just being amazing bartenders, they helped us with some of the decor that was set up incorrectly behind the bar. The shopping list made things easy for us to be ready for the day, but I caution that we had TONS of left overs and some things we couldn’t return (4 handles of vodka were opened somehow). Also our mistake to have lesser drank alcohols at both bars, not their fault but just somethings I would do differently in the future if we host a bigger event or in hindsight. The shopping list for dry goods (cups and napkins especially) was way far off so we had lots of stuff leftover. But aside from this, the service was great and we’d use them again!

list of signature drink options- we went with four (classic G&T, a French 75, Blackberry bourbon smash, and country time lemonade). Our guests especially loved the country time lemonade- such a fun different option that doesn't usually show up at weddings. We had 1 bartender for our 60-person event, and everything was totally smooth. Dawn really knows her stuff!
While we were advised to hire an alcohol delivery company, when pricing things out, we decided to head to Costco for most of our needs. I will say, the shopping list was a HUGE overestimate on the amount of alcohol our guests would drink, and we had tons leftover. However, our 'bar' in our house is now stocked for the foreseeable future :)
10/10 I would hire 11th hour again in a heartbeat.
